I think most of these reviews are from landlords, because for renters Foxtons are INTENSE. Most of their agents will call so, so much, and it often feels like they will try and shove slightly mediocre properties down your through just to get the commission after you sign? They ARE very professional otherwise, hence the three stars, but dealing with Foxton agents is mildly stressful.

Eden the agent at foxton is very bad agent because I was waiting for so long more that 3 days to see the house but she kept cancelling because she didn’t have the key and the builders are still working however until today I got a call from her saying that the house is gone after she sent me an email to confirm that I will be coming to see the property house and she lied very hard made me to wait today to see the house and now is gone Eden the agent is very racist to Muslims and this happened to me a lot of time with the agents of Foxtons

Wow, I just had a surreal experience with Nikita Harper @ Foxton's Letting Support team! Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, fast and understanding of the client's needs. My previous experience prepared me for the exact opposite, so I was pleasantly surprise. Foxtons, look after Nikita and make sure she is your new head of Talent Development soon. You need more like her -- well done!

GoogleI have been working with Foxtons Stratford branch, especially Ms Egle and Mr Bhaarat. I would recommend them as they are always very pro-active, great knowledge and very good customer care. Things get done and progress are made very quickly. Very happy with the support from Egle and Bhaarat, the team is extremely helpful and provides professional support. In addition, MyFoxtons website is very easy to use.

I have been dealing with Baneen Abbas about a potential sale of one of my properties. Baneen has proved herself to be knowledgeable, thorough, well informed and enthusiastic. In what is necessarily a very transactional business she has a measure of fun in her spirit whilst remaining professional rather than frivolous. I think she is an agent with integrity who appreciates the issues facing owners / investors.

GoogleSophie helped us move for the first time and even though there were a lot of small difficulties she ensured we got to move in as soon as possible. She has been a pleasure to go through this process with. Not only did she regularly keep us updated through the process, but also continued to help us after the move. Greatly appreciate her patience and efforts to help ensure the move went as smooth and quick as possible.

GoogleDealt with Scott Duncan of Foxton's Stratford. Found him professional, courteous, good property suggestions, and he stayed in good personal contact, which isn't always the case with estate agents. Didn't end up buying property through him as bought a place in different area, but would happily use him again if I'm looking again any time soon.

Our short term rental was actually part of a drug ring. Foxton’s refused to provide us a safe and sanitary place to go with our child. They refused a refund when we tried to leave. MONTHS later and we are still waiting on our deposit to be returned MONTHS after it was approved.

MINUS stars if it was possible.Avoid at all costs any property managed by FOXTONS - the most unprofessional, tricky, inefficient managers by far.This agency - the most recognisable probably - used to be the most famous 10 years ago. Don't be fooled and trapped in; now, is the most infamous one. Not to mention the Head of the Customers Service -a disgraceful person who falsifies true facts and documents to cover up their mistakes and wrongdoings. Report FOXTONS straight away to The Property Ombudsman TPO, as so many have done for their despicable managers.
