We did not end up purchasing as we have had a change of direction with our plans but Aakifah (Stratford Branch) was helpful and supportive through the entire process. She took the time to listen to our needs and went above and beyond to cater for us. The most polite, friendly agent we’ve dealt with who actually listens and remembered our requirements. Cannot recommend enough and we will be back to work with her when we look to purchase in the future - amazing service!

Property Manager Tony ChanIt's no exaggeration to say that before we met Tony, we thought FOXTONS was such a trashy company, because we've been through so many irresponsible Property Managers(OR no manager at all for a long period of time) that we had to hire three lawyers at our own expenses to get the tenant evicted out of our property. A whole series of illogical things that happened until we found Tony, someone started to care about us and tried to solve the problems, on behalf of FOXTONS. He tried all his efforts running between the management and us. His caring attitude was such a remarkable change from FOXTONS' side, made us believe our voice will be heard and somebody will take care of in the end. I have very bad experience with Foxtons of which it’s letting agents performed very poorly and were irresponsible. I will seek another letting agent company for my flat in London.I had shared my unpleasant experience with its CEO. However, I see nothing has been improved.

All these 5 star reviews are fake from friends or bots or indeed selves. Without doubt the most inept company in terms of property management. Constant turnover of contacts and the disconnect between the face and what actually happens with your money is not sustainable. Sure - you might do a one off transaction with them, we would warmly recommend do not form any sort of long term situation with them it will not end well.

We sold a flat in central London spring/summer 2023 and are very pleased with the service we have had from Foxton. From the first day we have had mainly just two contact people, and they have both been very good with advertising and selling the flat. We found it especially reassuring that our agents always responded quickly to our questions. Always kept us in the loop. We knew when viewing happened, when offers where made and what was going to happen next.
