I arrived at the Angel branch of Foxtons on time for an appointment, only to be told to wait 10 minutes, before the manager informed me that the property had been rented. Lost all confidence in them at that point and cancelled my following viewings. The apology was lacking and the manager was a little condescending in tone as I left.Unacceptable that they were arranging viewings whilst the landlord was able to choose a tenant.

Our agent provided the best service ever and did everything she could to get us the house we wanted to move in to - Shamila was fantastic!! We are very happy to finally have our perfect home in London, and will definitely use Foxtons again the future.

I’m so lucky to have Kerry Tomlinson to be my property manager in the past six years. As a landlord living overseas most of the time, I need someone who I really trust and rely on to look after the flat. Whenever there were unexpected issues happened like failure of heating system, early termination, Kerry took appropriate actions to respond quickly, communicated between the tenants and me kindly and gave me very helpful advice. She is brilliant to deal with any situation throughout the whole tenancy from letting to management with professional knowledge and high sense of responsibilities.

GoogleOnce inquired about renting a few of my properties with them. They gave a ridiclous valuation for the property to try and "please me ", thinking I didn't know the market and what they would rent for, that for the first red flag. Property would have void periods as it was overpriced, but that didn't occur to them. Secondly charge stupid amounts as a % for managing fee's when others are far better for cheaper. But the reason for the 1star review is, they keep bugging me and calling me even after i have told them numerous times to take me off they call list.

I have begun the flat sales process with the help of Kheriya Mohamed and Oliver Mint. They have both been immensely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and easy to regularly contact. In addition the sales process for central London flats inevitably requires a lot of experience knowing what additional documentation needs to dealt with. The team has been excellent at getting ahead of the curve to ensure a smooth process.
