Property Management SUCKS

Slowest property management ever. Every issue sent to the team has remained untouched in two months of the rental. They are extremely disorganized, sending us in circles for phone calls, ignoring persistent messages, and disregarding contractual agreements. If you can avoid working with them, I would. Never experienced such a lack of customer service in my life.

Avoid at all costs

By far, one of the worst estate agency I have ever dealt. I've started my property search in October and it is very clear that Foxton's have the worst service I have come across. The way they treat people and the approach they do towards a buyer is absolutely awful and the worst out of all agencies I've dealt. I strongly recommend avoid this agency at all costs as you will have the worst experience as soon as you will talk to them. And I'm talking about variety of agents as I dealt with several across South London. It just seemed that all of them have been guided the same way how they should be serving buyers. Terrible and from now on I will not even look at the properties that are advertised by Foxtons. Even if it is the best property out there. I just do not want to go through that awful experience with them ever again.

Water leak

I received a call to say that there was a water leak in my Flat at about 12.45 and the tenant was not at home and the water was running into the flat below mine . I contacted Heather Clark who was amazing . she arranged for an engineer to be at the flat by 2Pm at the same time she contacted the tenant and asked him to rush home and meet the engineer .After the engineer had attended to the leak we found that our tenant now had no electricity . Heather once again came up with a plan and organised an electrician to be at the flat before 6 pm. He arrived on time and repaired the problem and restored the electricity for the tenant .Well done Heather it was so good to work with somebody who was so organised and competent , You did an amazing job and what could have been a disaster was sorted in a few hours . Thank you for your help

Overall, I had a pretty good experience at Foxtons both with Gabriela DeSouza and Kayla John. Both of them took the time to get to know what I was looking for and were proactive in proposing flats to visit, and usually pretty responsive to messages. They are also very savvy about how London's property market works, what's trending, and how to navigate the ins and outs of finding and leasing a new place.
