GoogleI really had a great experience with Foxtons in Stratford. My estate agent Manuela was really great at listening to our wants and was very helpful. She made sure that the properties we saw was of relevance but also gave suggestions. Thank you a lot Manuela! 5 stars just for you!

I dealt with Faye in respect of an insurance claim which she handled on behalf of the property owner. She dealt with any requests quickly and professionally and helped move things forward so that the tenants were able to move back into the property as soon as possible. All in all, a very positive experience.

Foxtons really does perform at a higher calibre than other estate agents, and after selling our house with them I can't recommend them enough. Michael & Billy went above and beyond to secure our sale despite multiple logistical challenges that came along the way, updating us regularly and always very responsive.

TrustpilotProbably the most expensive screw you can pay for in London
Shocking how this agent can pull the wool over your eyes and charge eye watering sums of money for a simple job. To put three screws in to a hinge to rehang a door where the lower hinge is still attached - circa £200 15 minutes work. Watch this space for next complaint I have with Foxtons. Steer clear and don’t be fooled by the name.

Rented an appartment with foxtons at Standhope Gardens 62d Standhope gardens! After I found out that there were prostitutes residing before and that the bathtub collapsed 1 year ago and the wall crushed! Also, it was full of rats!

Very bad experience as a tenant, when come to the end of the tenancy. They help landlord to hold the deposit. no check-in and check-out process. then they claim your money and creating cleaning records. Uploaded some documents with my name to the deposit scheme but I never know it existst and siad the deposit should go to the landlord.

I had to speak to Foxtons Lettings Support several times and always spoke to Denholm Mclaughlin-Heath. I found him to be extremely professional and very helpful. He explained everything to me and then followed everything up with an email. When he emailed my tenant, he also copied me in. He always resolved the problem. Excellent service!
