TrustpilotFoxton are poor in managing flats…
Foxton are poor in managing flats around earlsfield rd, slow to fix tenant issue reducing the value of my flat a none tenant. There's soiled water flood from all over the flat pipe blocking accesses to houses. The whole place smells and nothing is being done to fix the problems definitely. I can't get into my house without having rocks planks etc to step on.

Foxtons will surprise you by continuously reaching new levels of complete 'ghosting', it has almost become impressive. Have never met more incompetent people, I wonder how they ever got a job let alone how they can be responsible for people's accommodation and housing standards.Do not use Foxtons as your agency - it has been really terrible in more ways than I can describe. They will help you with absolutely nothing.

GoogleWe recently bought a flat in London through Foxtons (completed Jan 2016) and right from the onset, Faiza Aslam and Simon Hart were very professional and of great help. The first thing I noticed that they did not put any pressure on us to use their recommended solicitors or mortgage brokers, which other estate agents did. The whole process was stress free thanks to Simon and Faiza. I would have no hesitation recommending either selling or buying using Foxtons.
