GoogleLibby was excellent - she had tons of useful information to share for first-time renters in London, and was charming, patient and friendly. We’d definitely work with Foxton’s again, and Libby in particular, when we move to a different part of London next.

GoogleViewed a Flat with Elizabeth in the evening on 16th May. It was not right for us due to layout. So decided to move to my own Flat in Penywern Road and move my own Tenant to the Flat that Elizabeth showed us. Called Elizabeth, but discovered that she blocked me. Called the Office, but was advised to call another agency. Very strange that this agency is turning reliable tenants away. I would therefore not recommend it to landlords.

GoogleI completed a sale on Ifield Road in January using Foxtons - Fleur and Hannah. They managed to get competitive tension with competing bidders pushing the price up and they beat the asking price in a tough market. They knocked the socks off the competition with their proactivity and the number of viewings they delivered. Thank you!

GoogleArchie Sladen was absolutely great in how he handled the purchase for our flat. He is very professional, good natured and understands your needs very well. He is an excellent negotiator and knows his job. I doubt if we would have been able to complete the purchase without him. Maria and Shailesh.

GoogleThe best experience with an estate agent by far, seamless from start to finish and the paperwork process very efficient. I can’t recommend Laurie Howard enough she was very courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleArchie was so helpful in assisting us with our search for a new apartment. We were only in the area for one day, so were hugely grateful to view five flats and get a great feel for the area in such a short space of time. We also benefitted from Archie’s expert local pub knowledge which was an added bonus. Thanks again!

GoogleI got in touch with Foxtons because I remembered their great customer service from the past. Sure enough, I was not disappointed. As a student, I tend to move a lot which can be a real hassle in London. I was lucky enough to have Salim from Foxtons help me out. Whatever criteria I may have had, he accommodated me and went above and beyond what was required of him. Ask for Salim, he will find you the just right house and and, as for me, you might make a friend as well.
Hi Aleksander, thank you for sharing your review. We strive to provide a personally tailored experience to all of our customers, and it's great to know that this has been delivered for you on so many occasions. We look forward to working with you in the future!

GoogleJamal Shamal from the letting team is so good! I've been meeting many real estate dealers and I can confidently say that he is the BEST dealer I'ver ever seen! The viewing tour was thoughtfully planned and every tiny thoughts of the viewer are well considered. I've done like 20 viewings last week but he was the only dealer that surprised me. 这个中介真的绝绝子大家可以放心找他👌

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Jamal Shamal from the Earls Court letting office. Jamal showed me a couple properties that aligned with what I was looking for and was instrumental in helping me through the letting process. He was responsive, professional, honest and kind. GoogleCharlie Irwin is by far the best estate agent I have come across during my search for a property. With quick response times and great communication skills, he made this process very easy and stress free.

GoogleJenna Phillips, in the Foxtons Earls Court lettings team, has surprised me with how much she is on top of her game. Before even listing my flat to let, she already had an offer in hand. I'm just shocked by how fast and smooth this whole interaction went. This will easily go down as the best exchange I've ever had with a letting agent.

GoogleLibby from the Earl’s Court office was of great help with my house hunt. She was super keen to help, was very proactive and was extremely supportive through the entire process. ♥️ Thanks Libby!!

GoogleI worked with Salim who was great. Really went above and beyond to find me something that fit perfectly with what I wanted and was very thoughtful with the apartments he showed me. I'd recommend him any day, he was a goos combination of proactive but equally too pushy which I really appreciated and is hard to find in agents these days!!
