GoogleKatie made the process for looking for a rental property very painless. She was always very honest and quick to reply to any questions we had about anything. Once the offer had been confirmed, she has kept in touch continuously which is very rare once deals have been confirmed. Couldn’t recommend Katie and Foxtons anymore.

We had an excellent experience when looking for a house to let, with Shahin on behalf of Foxton's. He took the time to show us a variety of properties and always listened to our preferences and feedback. He was always patient and made us feel valued - no request was too big, and his attitude was always excellent, friendly and approachable. It was clear that Shahin puts a lot of hard work and effort into what he does, and the high quality outcome reflects this. Shahin really changed our view of the world of estate agents, and regained our trust after previous negative experiences. We are grateful for the many valuable life-lessons we have learnt from him. She showed us all the best options she can offer in respect to our time demanding needs. She also eased up our stress and made us feel that everything is gonna be handled by her personally and assured us we will not be homeless once we come back from our holiday. GoogleFoxtons gets a lot of flak for being expensive, and I've heard them called "cowboys". I don't know what they're like when you're selling a property, but as a first time buyer I can't recommend them enough. Every other estate agent in London treats you like a necessary hassle they have to deal with. It's hard to get viewings outside of office hours, and you can only view one place at a time. Alex at Foxtons probably drove me around to nearly 20 places. He made appointments late in the evening and on weekends, and worked extremely hard to try to find a place for myself and my girlfriend. Although we eventually found one through a different Foxtons office, Alex and Foxtons Tooting was about the only estate agent I felt I could rely on to look after our best interests and really go out of their way to make our first home happen for us. Thanks dude!

GoogleGeorge Macfarlane helped us for weeks to find the right house for us. Regularly scheduling viewings around our schedules and ensuring we could get to the viewings too. George was always professional and took our feedback on board to ensure we didn’t visit properties without most of what we were looking for. Big thanks to George!

GoogleI dealt with Osheen, who from the offset was friendly and helpful, never pushy. Out of all the agents I have dealt with over the past month of house hunting, she has by far been the nicest, the most personable and always gone above and beyond. She listened to what I needed and was so accommodating. In just a few meet ups I can say she gained my trust and impressed me. Thank you Osheen!

GoogleHad a viewing today and unfortunately the sales rep was 20 minutes late turning up due to forgetting we had agreed to meet at the property instead of the Foxtons office. We then went on to view another 4 properties. I wish I had been emailed the information for the other 4 properties before arriving today, as I could have saved us some time by confirming if any of the other properties were of interest, especially being shown a property that was £45k over budget. With my travel time included, this easily went on for a lot longer than anticipated. It was clear the sales rep was keen to sell the properties we saw and was prepared to answer questions that I had.

GoogleAbsolutely abominable service, I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Three months ago I started a tenancy swap process to which still hasn’t been processed yet I’m moving out tomorrow thus will still be legally responsible for the property due to their lack of efficiency and incompetence. After having spoken to the branch ten times, there has still been no progress despite being assured that there was. To highlight the incompetency and lack of detail, they’d been sending the new tenancy application to the wrong email for three weeks despite having the correct one sent to them multiple times. Another example regarding a previous tenant in the property is that with the swap of tenants having the same name, they failed to update the new information so the old tenant found out that they’d been responsible for the property for six months despite Foxtons saying that this change had been processed. I have never had such a bad experience with an estate agents before so I would urgently warn to stay away from Foxtons if possible.

GoogleI have just completed on a property with the assistance of Gerard who was brilliant from first viewing through the conveyancing challenges and finally got us over the line. Gerard was incredibly helpful and supportive and even broke off from his holiday to address an urgent issue. I hope not to be buying or selling in the immediate future but would not hesitate to contact Gerard first if that was the case. Highly recommend.

GoogleI used Foxtons in Tooting to sell my house. I worked with Viviana Del Greco and Giorgio Romani and they went out of the way to get the job done. They were really helpful in understanding my requirements. I had great service throughout, viewings constantly and the sale went smoothly. The valuers and negotiators were great, and they achieved a price for me that I was looking for. I would definitely use Foxtons again.

GoogleWAISTED MY TIME!!! I arrived at the branch to see a property and physically showed my agreement in principle (AIP). The agent told me only when I got in the car that the property wasn't available - Why could he have not done that before!? He then drove me to see three other places but refused to tell me details like the asking price or lease length etc until we got there. It turned out, all three were at least £70k above my AIP. I'm not sure what his motive was, but it was disrespectful of my time and money. I'd rather take my funds elsewhere.

GoogleI’d highly recommend Jonathan (Tooting office). He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a great communicator. The vendor and I both had extremely slow solicitors and Jonathan really did everything he possibly could to move the sale along and always kept me up to speed with what was happening. He was always really quick to reply to emails and calls and was lovely to deal with.
