GoogleRenting in London is extremely difficult these days but Shane really went above and beyond to help us find somewhere. Once we did he also made sure the referencing and setting up of our tenancy was easy with fast and great communication throughout.

GoogleRomina was patient and accommodative. We were delayed but she simply confirmed our updated time and was welcoming when we reached. It was a thoroughly professional experience and we were impressed by her. Just unfortunate that the property did not meet our requirements.

GoogleGratitude to Foxtons for the smooth sale of our London flat. The two agents, Viviana Del Greco and Giorgio Romani were great: knowledgeable, dedicated, engaging and quick to respond. Thanks to their excellent work and support it was a stress free experience for us from start to completion. Annielle

GoogleJade has been wonderful during the moving process and has definitely made what would normally be a very stressful experience, very manageable. Jade has also been extremely accommodating, especially when I turn up late for viewings (through not fault of mine) and is just an overall lovely lettings agent to have:)

GoogleI was looking to rent a property in south london (balham, wimbledon) area. Foxtons were really helpful in understanding my requirements and finding me an appropriate property. I worked with Shahin Koshravi and he went out of the way to accommodate us during the viewings considering we have a baby and husband has a travelling job . The quality of the houses shown were also very good.

GoogleOnce have I arrived at Foxtons I met a lovely person called Osheen. She is one of the most friendly, attention and helpful person I've met in London. It's not easy to be from abroad and at that time I was feeling quite lost. She sit down with me and my friend and explained step-by-step how renting works in the UK, what I needed to do so and addressed all questions that I had. I could see some properties with her and without no exception Oshern presented with a big smile allowing me enough time to see each property. I would recommend her and therefore Foxtons to all my friends and colleagues.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are delighted to hear that Osheen has done such a great job of helping you settle into life in the UK, and that she has guided you through a difficult property search with minimal stress. Best wishes in your new home!

GoogleMost of the big estate agent company make you feel being pushed but not with Foxtons Tooting Bec. Jessica took her time to tailor our need to the property list and make sure the tenant will be happy with the property during the stay. Had a chance talking to Crystal as well and she just lovely and accept all the comments or praise! I wish Jessica and Crystal very best. Overall, estate agent is very important part of property search. Don't proceed with an agent who you don't feel comfortable with. If you can't find any good estate agent, contact Foxtons Tooting bec. Kind regards, Thanisorn
That's great. Thank you for the review Thanisorn. We are pleased to hear that you had a great experience with Foxtons Tooting Bec. Will pass the feedback on to Jessica.

GoogleIt was my first time going into an estate agents (Foxtons tooting) and I was very nervous, I was meet by Javan, who took the time out of his busy day to talk to me and went through all the information I needed to know. With Javan and Josh his manager they help me find a place to live with in the week. I would highly recommend Foxtons in Tooting to anyone who is interested in renting or buying a house.
Hi Samantha, thank you for sharing your experience with us. It's great to hear that Javan and Josh were able to make your first experience with estate agents such a positive one! We hope to work with you again in the future.

GoogleGreat service from the Tooting team. Got the property straight on the market (despite less than helpful outgoing tenants), found new tenants almost immediately and then persevered through various challenges to ensure move out and move in went ahead smoothly. Michael Rourke is always my first call when the property is coming free and thanks also to William Marques for being so responsive.

He understands the process extremely well and is able to provide a consultative approach which takes your situation into consideration. His honesty from start to finish in this industry goes a long way. I would recommend Alex to anyone buying or selling in the local area without fail! Cheers
