GoogleWe bought our first house with Foxtons Tooting and they made what can be a confusing and stressful process, much easier than it otherwise could be. They were available to speak and advise at many different turns and we're thrilled with the support they provided throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to sell our house with them in the future and encourage others to do so too. Thank you Giorgio!

GoogleViviana at Foxtons Tooting was incredibly professional. What we thought was going to be a straightforward purchase did turn slightly complicated and there were several frustrating delays outside of her control. She was so patient and understanding. Even when we became flustered and at times even angry with the vendors and their respective solicitors, Viviana remained cool, calm and collected. She really kept us sane throughout the process and went above and beyond. We are now thrilled to be in our new home thanks to Viviana's efforts managing this purchase. Cannot recommend enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe just secured a lease in Tooting and Sonie Sunner was such an incredible help. I moved to London from New York City and Sonie helped me through the whole process and answered all the questions I had. Moving to London would have been much more stressful without Sonie’s help and I’m so grateful we had him as our leasing agent. I highly recommend working with Foxtons and Sonie!

GoogleRob has been great helping us with our move. He responded quickly to any questions we had and the responses were always comprehensive and helpful. No request felt like too much for Rob, he went above and beyond to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible. Rob was flexible with viewing times and dates which really helped given we lived 200 miles away at the time, he was happy to accommodate Facetime viewings too.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe were in contact with Keith throughout the process of viewing a property, placing an offer and referencing. He was very helpful and put us at ease from day one. It is our first time dealing with an agency and he made the whole process enjoyable with his friendly helpful manner. He answered all of our questions promptly and we were never left waiting. Would recommend Ludlowthompson if you are planning to movePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI've just sold my 3 bedroomed freehold house in Colliers Wood through Foxtons Tooting, and am so pleased with the service I've received. I'd originally gone for a local well known estate agent near Colliers Wood Station who overpriced my …

GoogleI would 100% recommend Ludlowthompson and particularly Robert from the Tooting Office! I have been renting in London for years, and LT is the first and only agency that I feel pleasant to work with! Robert had been very professional, proactive, informative and helpful throughout the whole process - not only helped me secure the flat but also attentive to my enquiries after the deal was done. Thank you Rob! Now having moved in for a month, the agency has also been very responsive and helpful. Good work and very trustworthy team!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleSonie was one of the most helpful agents we came across when we recently tried to find a house to rent. He was very determined to find us the best house that suited our requirements and budget, and kept in communication with us the entire time that we were searching.
We are glad to know that Sonie has worked so hard to help you find a property that suits your unique requirements. Thank you for the review!

GoogleI viewed several properties around the Colliers Wood area with Marianna here. I found her lovely to work with -- she listened to what I wanted in a property (proximity to stations, beds, etc) and only showed me properties that would actually suit me. If she suggested somewhere I wasn't interested in and I turned a viewing down, she wasn't pushy/rude about it like some agents can be. I would recommend Foxtons as they have a lot of properties and the agents will pick the ones that suit you instead of trawling through Rightmove etc.

GoogleMarianna was a fantastic estate agent who worked tirelessly to find me a house within my specs. She was a brilliant salesperson and every single house I saw I fell in love in with. Would very much reccomend.

GoogleHamza was an exceptional agent, honesty and genuine advice was given throughout the process, and he even recommended an ice cream place round the corner! I have not found this level of service with over 30 agents that I spoke to during the process. Thank you Hamza! ☺️
Thank you for your review Heather, it's great to know that Hamza provided such exceptional service and knowledgeable expertise on the local area! Best wishes to you in your new home.

GoogleBen has been extremely helpful and insightful. Being a 1st Time Buyer he has been giving a lot of advise and knowledge of the market and what we should be looking for whilst maintaining our options of what we'd like. If looking around the Wimbledon/Tooting area I would advise going to foxton tooting as their entire team has been helpful.

GoogleMy friend and I moved into our new home in Wimbledon. We were super happy with the great service from ludlowthompson. We worked with Gent Rexha, who was incredibly helpful and super responsive to all of our queries. Gent made the letting process very easy for us and we would definitely recommend his services.

GoogleDealing with Keith has been a friendly stress-free experience throughout the process of letting from LudlowThompson I was especially impressed with his high standard of communication which was maintained throughout the process. Responses to emails and calls were always prompt and Keith was available whenever we had questions. We were also grateful for the advice on choosing energy/broadband provider, liaising with the landlord, and raising jobs for minor issues on the property that were identified within the first few weeks of our tenancy. Highly recommend!

GoogleLudlowThompson have been managing my rental let in Tooting for several years now and Michael Rourke has been my point of contact for most of those. Michael has been very helpful and professional during that time, and has always been pleasure to deal with (None more so than during the difficult Covid times).

GoogleMany thanks to Sonie who was such a great help on my visit to Tooting, London. He brought myself and my mum around Tooting and the surrounding areas to look at apartments and we managed to see several places on the day. All of the apartments were of high quality and were apartments/houses closely suited to the descriptions and requirements we had given. He was informative and knew the area very well. I would recommend their service to anyone finding it difficult to look for an apartment/house in London. Thanks again Sonie.

GoogleMy partner Dave and I just relocated from Australia and needed to find a rental property in the local area. Shahin was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure that everything went smoothly for us. All of the staff including Liz at reception were very respectful and welcoming. The service was efficient and we found a property which suited us perfectly! We are so grateful that the team went out of their way to settle us into our new home.

GoogleThis was our first touch with Foxtons. When you enter their office you can feel immediately that the staff keeps high professional standards. Our agent, Andrew McNamara, was well organised and always willing to ask millions of our questions. As it is our first rent, he explained everything clearly also gave advises what would be the best for us taking under consideration our preferences. Viewings were arranged very quickly. He provided us with updates on current step of rental process regularly. I would fully recommend service of Foxtons for my friends, especially because of their great professionalism and friendly attitude towards people.

GoogleOliver and his team were great - responsive, communicative and professional. Foxtons IT systems are slick; I can see how much interest there has been in the property, when viewings occurred, get direct feedback from the viewings, and easily sign documents once a tenancy is agreed. Thank you.
Thank you for the feedback Oliver. It's great to see that you experienced an excellent service with us. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us should you need anything further.

GoogleLooking for a 2 bed property has been a nightmare at the moment, I came to foxtons to see if they can help and they were amazing from the start. In particular Shane, who was constantly looking for housing and ringing to organise viewings. Shane is a credit to the team at foxtons! Thankyou!
