Shane from Foxtons Tooting was absolutely excellent in helping us find a place to land in London. His first hour of showings was all we needed as he took me to 4 different places in Tooting which exceeded our expectations and needs. He took the time to answer our many questions and made sure we understood everything at all times. The process was smooth and efficient and I would recommend Shane for any of your estate agent needs. Thanks Shane!

Shane from Foxtons Tooting is a master at what he does! While looking for a new home I spoke to several agents and landlords directly, however, Shane managed to deliver within our first round of viewings. Upon our initial chat I told him what I'm looking for, he took me out for a day of viewings, and we found my dream property, which he also helped me secure. He listened to my needs really carefully, communicated clearly & effectively, and delivering the best service possible, all with a smile on his face and kindness in his actions. Can't thank you enough for taking me on this journey and helping me find a new home, Shane! :)

First time renting a property through Foxtons and we've received a truly great service and support. Big thanks to Shane who went on a whole journey with us by showing us multiple properties until he found one we loved and ended up moving into. The ease of communication through all the search and then referencing steps made for a way less stressful process than we'd experienced with our previous estate agents - really appreciate how quick the information was passed on from us onto the landlord and then back. Thanks again!

Charlie White was extremely helpful the entire time I was in contact with him. Trying to find a place to live in London recently is such a stressful and difficult process, but Charlie was very responsive. He made sure I had different options (including over text) to contact him, and always got back to me very quickly. He was honestly the best letting agent I have dealt with from months of trying to find a new place! Thank you Charlie :)

Hamzah Malik was exceptionally helpful when we were trying to find our flat. He took great care to meet as many of our criteria as possible for prospective homes and was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about the particulars of our renting process and always provided as much help as he could, promptly and succinctly. An excellent example to follow for estate agents as he set a very high standard.

We have had excellent experience with Foxton, thanks to Katie. Katie has been awesome from day 1, extremely supportive and very much on case , she always remembered to inform us of any suitable property and quick to book viewings, unfortunately it took us ages to find the right property but her determination never went down, she didn’t give up and keep checking on us , such a beautiful and kind human being , I have dealt with at least 20/25 agents in past months but no one is even close to her in terms of professionalism as well as kindness, I wish her all the very best and honestly beleive she will reach great heights in her career , a very pleasant person who I ll always remember .

I recently sold my property through Foxtons, and have a 2 star review. I would NOT use Foxtons again and would NOT recommend them to anyone. My agents were Viviana and Giorgio at the Tooting branch. BE WARNED that their sales tactic is to go for a high valuation and lock you in for a four month contract. They also have one of the highest commission rates in London at 3%. Foxtons have a slick sales pitch and will no doubt grab a lot of sellers like they did with me. It is typical estate agent behaviour of telling you whatever you want to hear in order for you to sign on the dotted line. After the sales pitch, they did get a few viewings in, but I had to drop the asking price by a lot whilst keeping the 3% rate. It was only after dropping the price that I managed to get an offer through to sale. The process on conveyancing between buyer & seller, is when they really let themselves down. Viviana at Foxtons was just not interested in defending my position and wanted a quick and easy sale. Accusing my solicitors of not doing various actions, only to be told it was sat with the buyer. Viviana's emails were rude and barely literate (often with grammar and punctuation mistakes). My subjective opinion is Viviana was trying to harass the conveyancers and myself into the sale, with little disregard for my position or the risk I was taking on. The whole experience from start to end leaves me reeling from being treated so badly. I feel cheated by sleezy tactics, and estate agents that had little disregard for their customers in order to get a sale. The only reason for 2 stars is they did manage to sell my property.

With the extraordinary help of Alex Cassar I was able to find my next home through Foxtons. It has been a rather stressful process for me but Alex calmed my nerves throughout this whole process and was always readily available to answer my calls and queries. He really understood what I was looking for and managed to find me a property that fitted my needs exactly. I feel like I have found my dream home thanks to him! He was professional whilst also being very friendly, and both in person and over the phone came across really well in making this an easy process. Alex was so patient with all the many questions I had and never made me feel shy to ask the silliest questions. Overall, it was a really quick process, so thank you Alex- I couldn't have done this without you!

Ludlows have been renting my flat on and off for 15 years. The reason I return to Ludlows is all down to Michael Rourke . He gets you the best price , decent tenants , understands the challenges of renting and does all he can to minimise costs and inconvenience . As long as Michael is at Ludlows - I will use them to rent my property . Keep it up Michael great work

We had viewings with Hamzah in the tooting and surrounding areas. He was friendly, confident and easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable in finding a place to settle. He showed us different properties so that we were able to see qualities that we liked and didn’t like. I would strongly recommend Hamzah to anyone looking for a place in these areas. Thanks again 🙂

Real Estate and Estate Agents are a very niche business and yet competition is fierce. It is also a people's business. Staff would go beyond what is required. And from the team secretary to the agents like Ben they all went far and beyond. There is no such thing as the perfect property but there is definitely a way in exploring how to cross that bridge and Ben will go far in this business as more potential customers echo the good work. Wishing Ben all the very best.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Foxtons and my lettings agent, Shane, to find a new home for my family and my cat Coco. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Foxtons and Shane, particularly in terms of their exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, Shane went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for in a home and was incredibly patient with all of my questions and concerns. He was always available to speak with me, either by phone or email, and responded quickly to any messages I sent him. What really stood out to me about Foxtons was their dedication to making the move-in process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Shane helped me navigate all of the necessary paperwork and contracts. He was there every step of the way, from viewing the property to signing the lease and beyond. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Foxtons in Tooting. They truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home. If you're looking for an estate agency that truly cares about their clients and provides exceptional customer service, I highly recommend working with Foxtons and asking for Shane specifically. Thank you so much, Shane and Foxtons, for making this process so easy and enjoyable!

Shane was my agent at Foxtons. Right from the start he was patient and very kind in every interaction. He understood my work commitments and my time constraints very well and worked his schedule around it. He is amazing at his job and always feels like a friend you can trust than an estate agent. I would work with him in a blink of an eye again for a property search. Thanks Shane!!

Stephanie from Foxton Tooting branch really helped us find our dream home. Not only being kind and helpful and going above and beyond to help us purchase this lovely property in Thornton Heath she built a personal and professional relationship with us during the course of our purchase. She offered all the advice we needed as we are first time buyers and she respected our privacy and space. The most important thing I would like to mention here is she was always there 24/7, Monday to Sunday. Holiday or work. Day or night as we were very anxious about this whole purchase from start to finish. I cannot find the words to describe the level of commitment and dedication she had to carry us through this process from start to finish. Weather I would give a 5 start to Foxton Tooting Branch or not, the 5 start will definitely go to STEPHANIE. I would also like to thank Chris who was at the back ground shadowing Stephanie although we didn't meet him in person he was a phone call away. We finally got our keys 🔑 to this lovely home and it was delivered personally by Stephanie at our new house 🏠. The beauty here is she just didn't hand in the keys and drove off but actually took some time to go through our new house again with us with beautiful exchange of words as we parted. Will highly recommend these team in Foxton Tooting to everyone out there looking to purchase a property in the area 👍

I recently purchased a flat through Foxton's in Tooting. I have to say Giorgio Romani the sales manager in Tooting assisted me greatly in the purchase. I appreciated his excellent communication skills, his customer service and his attention to detail. These days the legal aspect of conveyancing can be very slow and challenging, with so much red tape involved and legal staffing issues - however Giorgio kept things moving along until we were able to complete.
