GoogleVery please with my home selling experience. After struggling for a couple of months with another agent, I was able to confirm a buyer withing several days. The price met my expectations. Would strongly recommend ludlow thomson to get a quick sale in this difficult climate. Special thanks to Biraveen for all his help and support. Kept me updated after each viewing and got mecthe best price after a few offers.

Josh and his team secured great tenants for my two properties efficiently and with record rental values! Josh is very professional and attentive throughout the process, he is very responsive and I can always reach him quickly if I have a questions or needed any advise. Above all, Josh is super customer centric he listens and knows extremely well the needs of his clients and takes great initiative to offer a value added service to me. I have no hesitation in using his service in the future and would recommend highly to anyone wanting an agent they can trust to deliver the best letting service.

After a short discussion about what I was looking for, Ben was able to quickly identify 4 properties that were within my exact remit. Hunting for rental properties is always stressful in London but Katie did a great job and making it an enjoyable and fun experience. GoogleI recently purchased a flat through Foxton's in Tooting. I have to say Giorgio Romani the sales manager in Tooting assisted me greatly in the purchase. I appreciated his excellent communication skills, his customer service and his attention to detail. These days the legal aspect of conveyancing can be very slow and challenging, with so much red tape involved and legal staffing issues - however Giorgio kept things moving along until we were able to complete.

GoogleEstate/Letting agents often get a bad rap but I was completely surprised by LT when purchasing our first property. Where other agents were unresponsive, unreliable and unfriendly, LT were empathetic, reactive and efficient. The star of the show is Romina, who met us for our first viewing and stayed with us all the way through to completion, often having information before our solicitors and staying patient with our daily 21 Q’s. Considering she was contracted by and working for the seller, I think it’s a testament to the stellar service she provides, always keeping us in the loop and devoting equal time to our side of the purchase as well the vendors. GoogleOur original sale via an online agent fell through and we were at risk of losing our onward purchase if we didn't find another buyer soon. Having called around a few Tooting agents, Ludlowthompson were by far the most responsive, with a very competitive fee, and our flat listing went live within a few days of my first call to them. This quick turnaround was facilitated by Jonathan, our agent, who understood our circumstances and helped to find us a new buyer quickly. We thought we had already benefitted from the value of a traditional agent rather than an online one by the increased number of viewings and offer, but actually, the main reason I would never use an online agent again is the huge effort Jonathan put in from getting us from offer to exchange. We faced significant delays in exchanging due to various administrative issues with lenders and solicitors and Jonathan was exemplary in tirelessly chasing and pushing the process forward. It was extremely stressful at times but I never felt as though Jonathan could do any more than what he was doing. His communication was excellent, keeping in regular touch via email and phone so that we were always joined up on the latest status. I really couldn't recommend him and Ludlowthompson enough.
