GoogleJust found a new home for my family. The market is oversaturated with applicants and there are very few offers for decent properties. We were so lucky to meet Adam Rayner from Foxtons who professionally and politely guided and eventually helped us to find fantastic apartments. Thank you Adam for all your hard work!

GoogleOnce my wife and I had found the perfect house via Foxtons, we then spent a horrible 7 months trying to sell our own flat (via another agency). The potential buyers of our flat kept falling through and our agency was rubbish at doing anything to help us seal the deal. If it weren't for the brilliant skills, optimism and guidance of Tom Pedrotti and Simon Darvill from Foxtons it never would have happened. They managed to not only hold on to our dream house for us, but also helped us to sort out the mess of selling our flat (even though that was the job of the other agency). They were awesome and I recommend that if anyone is looking to buy/rent in Crystal Palace area, you ask for one of them to handle it. Thanks Foxtons!

Alice, Tom and particularly Ben have gone to great lengths to make the process as smooth as it could be, especially in light of a couple of false starts with potential buyers pulling out at short notice, but we got there in the end - thank you!

Sales negotiator Chelsey Stewart was particularly good to work with - always available at the other end of the phone to answer queries, efficient, friendly and polite. She made what was often a stressful and uncertain time seem that little bit easier and smoother. She was a delight to work with.

GoogleAfter not being able to live in my rented flat for the past 4 weeks due to a mouse infestation Foxtons have still not resolved the issue and me and my toddler are currently sofa surfing. To top it off our landlord is a foxtons employee!! I wouldn’t rent a property through them, they do not care about tenants welfare or inhabitable properties
Hi Carlene, we are working on this as a priority but have been made aware that the the issue is in the main building and not just specifically your flat. We have spoken with building maintenance and hope for a resolve for you on this as soon as possible. Our property management team are chasing the contractors for the mice proofing quote. GoogleOutstanding! And I was skeptical. Foxtons and every agent I spoke to were amazing. They dealt with everything in a timely professional and efficient way. They went above and beyond. I moved from an under performing agency, and they got me straight into multiple offers and a better price which was very fair to the buyer too. They helped me all the way through to close. I would definitely recommend them and have already. Thanks Foxtons!

GoogleTom Petroddi at Foxtons Crystal Palace a great estate agent. Excellent manners and very polite. Kept us updated every step of the way and is a true deal maker. Has excellent negotiations skills. He was always interested in making it happen for both sides. He wasn’t just showing us the house but was genuinely interested in making sure it works for us and helped us in negotiating and convincing vendors to make it all happen.

GoogleRequested a viewing online and received no answer. I then called them and was told they weren’t sure when they could show me around as it’s half term, but they’d get back to me. Haven’t heard from them since. Never had this experience when trying to book a viewing before.

GoogleFoxtons Crystal Palace are awesome! They tried their best to find us a house back in 2019 but unfortunately we ended up finding one through another agent. Fast forward a few years and we decided to move, as we we're so impressed with Foxtons we asked them to sell our house. Within 5 weeks the property was sold and for 2k more than we were expecting. Simon and Charlie we're amazing throughout the process, kept us updated and are just all round good chaps. Thank you Foxtons. Josh and Nadia.
