GoogleOur property was on the market for sale for some time, although there were viewings, no sensible offer materialised and we felt a change was required to progress the sale. We were inundated with Agents advising on what they could do for us …

GoogleMichaela McHugh at Foxtons, in the words of the iconic Tina Turner song, is 'simply the best'. She works to the highest of professional standards but in a way that gives clients the sense she genuinely cares about them and their move. She took us to view a place that would not have popped up in our search criteria yet turned out to be perfect for us and oversaw the process of buying it from offer to completion with love and grace. Who could ask for more!

GoogleTrying to communicate with the Sales Manager and constantly having to chase which is unusual as I deal with multiple Foctons central London offices as a developer.. Frustrating I hope this is a one-off..!

GoogleBrilliant estate agents! I was assisting my elderly grandmother with the sale of her property and my agent Sarah Olaleye went above and beyond to help us get the sale done. Clear communication, friendly staff and definitely happy that we trusted them with the sale of my grandmothers house.

GoogleCharlie is a fantastic, honest, friendly, professional, down to earth agent that I would be happy to buy a property off, or have him sell mine.

GoogleI had a good experience with Foxton when looking for a flat in the CP area this August. Charlie, in particular, was professional - in my opinion he is a good empathetic listener therefore he has a good understanding of his clients's needs and acts accordingly, pronto. It is a great skill in his field, together with his positive vibes. I wish him the best in his career. In the end my family and I did not buy the flat proposed by F, just because we found a more suitable place elsewhere. But, nevertheless, the service provided was great and I will call back Charlie first thing when we need to change house. Well done!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe experienced an amazing service from Tom Pedrotti; he and Alice Thompson kept us informed at every stage of the process. They were personable and knowledgable and we really felt that they had our corner! Thanks Tom (and Alice), we would recommend you without reservation.

GoogleTom Gowers is the best estate agent I came across. I'm very happy that he's in charge of selling our place and even though we are having some issues along the way, he's been relentless in finding the right buyer. I highly recommend his services.

GoogleOur dealings as purchaser of a property marketed by Foxtons Crystal Palace couldn't have gone smoother. Both Simon and Tom managed every hiccup and chased up and down the chain providing more updates and insights than we'd received on a previous sale. Tom especially went above and beyond at times to make sure all parties were in agreement.
Agent replied
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us Tom, we're pleased to know that Tom and Simon provided such exceptional service during your purchasing process. Best wishes to you in your new home!

GooglePhoebe, at the Crystal Palace branch, was the most professional and helpful agent we worked with during our flat hunt. Thank you; you were always a pleasure to chat to.

GoogleMichaela assisted me with my first property purchase which was complicated by a slow and uncooperative conveyancer. Whilst this created numerous problems and significant pressure from the upward chain, Michaela always remained calm, friendly and polite. She communicated effectively with everyone involved. I have found her very approachable and knowledgeable. She was organised, professional and had a good eye for detail. I wish her every success in her career.

GoogleMy experience has been fantastic, so far. Bilal Khan proved to be a valuable asset during my first purchase, and I highly recommend his assistance.

GoogleMartin Debrah from Crystal Palace Foxtons successfully let my flat for me. Martin was professional, easy to contact and always available, good humored and patient. Foxtons secured a good tenant, very quickly and with little hassle to me. Martin particularly comes highly recommended.

GoogleTom leading my purchase of a £710, 000 property marketed by Foxton's Crystal Palace couldn't have done a better job. Tom managed every hiccup and provided updates throughout the sale process. Tom especially went above and beyond at times to make sure all parties were in agreement. He kept in constant contact.

GoogleAfter having a bad experience with another estate agents, where they were very pushy and demanding, it was really refreshing to have Paris at Foxtons who really listened to us and helped in every way she could. We found our first flat through Foxtons and the process was relatively easy and stress free. We completely recommend Foxtons and Paris. Thanks!

GoogleThey have good service but overpriced. Any rental property they offered in Lewisham, Bromley and Croydon was at least £100-£150 higher than the market price. If you want to save money then avoid them.
