Fantastic Foxtons In Crystal Palace We’ve just sold our flat in London with Foxtons. The whole process took 10 weeks. I can not recommend them highly enough. They are extremely professional and the whole process was relatively seamless given the fact we live in Australia. I’m only sorry I wasted time, money and effort with other agents prior to instructing them! I was really pleased with the excellent service I got from Foxtons. Ben and his colleagues really couldn't do enough, were really personable and keen to make it an easy experience. I was surprised he service was so excellent as I had used Foxtons on the 0% offer due to the new Croydon branch, but I couldn't fault their levels of professionalism and helpfulness. I would say it's really worth paying for Foxtons as you'll get a much better price and a level of service other estate agents don't give.

Horrendous service. After arranging a viewing the lettings agent didn't show up. When speaking to a person in the office, who must have been on their first day on earth judging by their lack of ability to speak coherently with another person, we were given a number to call which "we think.....is the person you're meant to be meeting". Multiple unanswered calls and messages later we gave up waiting and left. Such a shame because the pictures of the flat looked great....

They have good service but overpriced. Any rental property they offered in Lewisham, Bromley and Croydon was at least £100-£150 higher than the market price. If you want to save money then avoid them.

I would very much struggle to recommend this particular branch of Foxtons. We ignored others advice by going with them, and we very much regret our decision. Ultimately it felt like they wasted our time. They gave an inflated valuation and tried to knock 50K off the asking price within the first 2 weeks of our house going on the market. Not a great start. However it was the bad service that really let them down. It was impossible to get through on the phone and the fact they never returned our calls was just plain rude. I'm not sure if its better in other branches but i would avoid this one. You can pay half the fees and get a much better service elsewhere.

I'm a property developer and now always choose Foxtons to sell because they will get me the highest price and will offer a fantastic service - I just went under offer on my property 40K higher than a competing agent. Yes I may pay a little higher on the fee but I get this back tenfold on the value. I would highly recommend Foxtons Crystal Palace; Thomas Gowers Tom Pedrotti, Ben Currie & Oscar Evans.
