Even though the purchase didn’t work out in the end, we still wanted to say a huge thank you to Michaela for all her hard work and support throughout the process. From day one, Michaela was kind, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. She kept us informed every step of the way and always made time to answer our (many!) questions, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Even when things became complicated, Michaela remained calm, honest, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. It was clear she really cared about helping us and did everything she could to try and make things work. We’re genuinely grateful for everything she did, and wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with her again in the future. Highly recommend Michaela to anyone buying or selling, she’s a star! While Callum was a stand out, literally everyone else in the process was unreliable at best and completely useless at worst. To pay a premium for a subpar process and experience, I’d rather stab pins in my eyes than do this again. The main people who I engaged with who were unreliable and unresponsive were Andrea and Jack who were my Negotiator and initial Sales Manager The people who broke promises of updates and communication schedules were Brittany, Michaela (after Jack apparently “left”, although he was listed as an annual leave contact a good three months after I was told that he had left , and I didn’t have a sales lead). I was promised a weekly update, but literally never heard from her again. There were a couple of others who scheduled a visit and didn’t show up (which happens, I get it people cancel), but they also didn’t update, which is their job. They would book appointments and then not even contact me to check the time worked, then either show up randomly or cancel without ever speaking to me. The only people who validated appointments was Callum, I had to chase Leo (Norbury), but he at least confirmed on the day if the viewers were going to visit the property or not. Again, this is might have been a misalignment of expectations, but I was explicitly told that I would be contacted before every appointment and after each one. I had to chase people and it’s only when Callum got involved that I started to actually get feedback on what viewers thought of the property, which was a good three weeks after the initial viewing, and I had three or four by that time. Later down the process, when we were in sales negotiation, there was a critical message from my buyer which they sat on for 10 days and didn’t tell me about, which very almost cost me the sale, and I only found out about it because I literally called every single person in that office until I got a response. The only people who did what they said were going to do were Callum, who was phenomenal, and Leo. It is a big shame because looking at the reviews from everybody else they seem to have had a much better experience than I did. But I felt passed around, without proper handover, expectation setting, and very little consideration to how their decisions or (lack thereof) were impacting my every day life. I think your processes suck, and so does your technology, which could have been tolerable if there was a cadence of regular communication updates (which I asked for many times) my overall experience with the quality of staff is poor, which unfortunately left the impression that there was a clear breakdown or lack of willingness to provide good service.

Could not recommend this agency less! Thank you to Foxton for wasting my time! We confirmed a house viewing Friday night for Saturday, travelled 60 mins to sit outside the property for 15 minutes trying to get hold of Foxtons on the phone, only to told by the agent that she had forgotten about our viewing! She called the landlord to ask if he could come to let us in instead, then called another 10 minutes later to tell us the property was under offer and no longer available. Finally, she offered us a viewing for a smaller, more expensive property on the other side of London. Lovely use of my Saturday, many thanks!

I cannot praise Foxtons enough for their exceptional service in handling my property transactions last year. While it's true that Foxtons charges more than the average estate agent, the results they deliver far exceed the price difference. They consistently go above and beyond what typical estate agents are willing to do, and it's evident in the sale prices they achieve. One of the standout qualities of Foxtons is their proactive approach to arranging viewings. Unlike other agents who may make you wait days or struggle to coordinate times, Foxtons prioritizes the convenience of both buyers and sellers. I experienced this firsthand when they scheduled five viewings at separate times in a single day, generating significant interest and ultimately securing a full asking price. This level of dedication contrasts starkly with my previous experience with a hybrid agent who struggled to arrange even one viewing. Moreover, my experiences with other agents in the area on the buying side have been underwhelming. Many agents seem content to let buyers do all the heavy lifting, resulting in subpar outcomes. It's no surprise that these agents charge less and achieve less. Foxtons, on the other hand, excels at the fundamentals. They respond promptly to calls, offer viewings seven days a week at any time, and diligently follow up with buyers. Their commitment to excellence is particularly evident during the conveyancing process. When my transaction hit a snag due to a freehold issue with paperwork held up in Earlsfield, Simon's team, including the incredible efforts of Charlie and Michaela, stepped in admirably. They personally collected the necessary documents and delivered them to my solicitors, ensuring that the transaction could proceed smoothly. This wasn't my first time working with Foxtons, I've now sold two properties and purchased one with them, and each experience has been overwhelmingly positive. A massive thank you to Simon, Charlie, and Michaela for their dedication and support. I wholeheartedly recommend Foxtons to anyone seeking a top-notch estate agency experience. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart.

We experienced an appalling level of service from our contact/manager at Foxtons. Every time we contacted her, she would say, “This isn’t my job.” If so, we have to ask, what exactly is your job? We lived in a property on The Triangle, just a couple of minutes from your office. One serious example of your failures: the required gas safety check had not been completed for four months. We flagged this repeatedly and made ourselves available for it to be carried out. Despite this, the check still wasn’t completed. On the fourth attempt, I became fed up and contacted Foxtons directly. The manager, who was our main point of contact, spoke to me in an incredibly rude and unprofessional manner. Around 30 minutes later, she called back to say: “I’m very sorry. The landlord had asked us to cancel the gas check and to let you know, but we forgot to inform you.” Two key issues arise from this: 1. The letting manager’s unacceptable, disrespectful tone in dealing with us. 2. Foxtons knowingly allowed us to continue living in a property without a valid gas safety check, putting us at potential risk. We are happy to share the name of the letting manager privately (we do not wish to post it publicly). Please provide us with an appropriate email address so we can do so. After this experience, we will never use Foxtons again and advise others to avoid this agency as this is a major red flag.

Best salesman of the year award goes to, Tom Pedrotti. Tom and Simon from Foxtons Crystal Palace are great at their job. Tom had kept me updated at every step of the way. The vendor was very difficult to deal with, and at one point decided not to sell but Tom applied his expertise and got the sale through right to the end. What a relief it was that I chose Foxtons at CP to sell my beloved house. Simon and Tom were so delightful - efficient and professional but also kind and not at all pushy.
