GoogleI bought my first home with Foxtons and Charlie Jones and Simon Darvill were so organised and involved throughout the whole process. Didn’t expect the estate agent I chose would have been such an important decision but they were integral to progressing the transaction. They had a detailed view of all the enquiries my solicitor raised and chased progress daily. They were also super empathetic and communicative. Could not recommend them more and will be using them in future.

They have both made the process really straightforward and smooth, updating us regularly and keeping communication lines open between solicitors to avoid delays. From the first viewing with Charlie, we were so pleased with the impression we got of their approach that we also went with Foxtons for the sale of my flat.

GoogleLast week I completed on the sale of my property, which was sold through Foxtons Crystal Palace. The service provided by Simon Darvill and Tom Pedrotti was always professional and it was always client focused. They remained not only proactive, but were also transparent in their approach and they were always available to respond to any queries received from any part of the chain. Definitely a 5 star service. Thank you both.

GoogleNailah was brilliant in advising us, organizing a tour of different apartments for us to see, and was really kind and receptive to our needs. She and her manager, if I recall properly, were extremely responsive and managed to get us a deal for an apartment we loved in record time. I do not have a lot to say about my experience with foxtons and the people I interacted with there (other than the previous few lines), except that it was a pleasure.

GoogleI've been dealing with Eloise at Foxton's. She is just fantastic. Friendly, funny, and she listened to all my needs. Looking for houses is tough some days but Eloise made it a super-easy and very relaxed experience. I highly recommend her.

GoogleShadane was amazing, from the first call we explained what we were looking for and he matched properties that were just perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Within the first day of viewings we found our perfect property and we’re able to put an offer in straight away and secure the flat. We were looking for 6months through Zoopla but we decided to sign up to Foxtons and Shadane went out of his way, to find us a property. He drove from south London to east London to help us with viewings, when he could have just easily handed our case to a closer branch. The service and professionalism from him was 5 stars. If you get lucky to be matched with Shadane be sure he will not disappoint.

From the moment she showed us the place through the 9 months that it took for completion she would call me every single day with news and updates!!!!! We talked so much in this last year that now that the purchase is done I'll miss her calls :( She's the best agent Ive worked with in my entire life.

GoogleWe contacted Foxtons Crystal Palace and Shadane Sutherland-McGhie helped us every step of the way to secure a flat in a stress free and friendly manor. He was able to keep us up-to-date throughout the whole process and was able to provide great advice across the board on any questions we had regarding the contract or payments + loads more topics. We need a rental quickly and Shadane was there no matter what time of day to secure the property we wanted, I can't recommend Shadane or Foxtons Crystal Palace any higher!

GoogleWe just completed on our flat sale with the Crystal Palace branch of Foxtons. Charlie Jones and Simon Darvill were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process and we really cannot recommend them enough! Honestly, I was always a little dubious about Foxtons because I thought their listings were sometimes overpriced but they definitely proved me wrong! Knowledge of the market was great and they got us an offer that exceeded our expectations! After we accepted they managed to keep the sale going and get us through to completion in challenging circumstances - with a conveyancing nightmare on the buyer's side. They were professional and communicative throughout and both Charlie and Simon went above and beyond behind the scenes to make sure the sale went through. We went with Foxtons over other agencies in the area because they were recommended to us by another flat seller in our building. 100% the right choice as sellers in our building who listed with other agencies have had sales fall through over the same time period. Flats listed with Foxtons sold, others haven't as yet - the results speak for themselves!

I've honestly never had a better level of service and partnership from any provider than I've had with Simon Darvill and Michaela McHugh at Foxtons Crystal Palace office. From day 1 during an initial, pre-listing meeting in my flat, Simon has been a joy to work with. His professionalism and friendliness meant I trusted him from the get-go. My flat was only on the market for 7 days before going under offer, which was fantastic news. The best part of this experience has been how Simon and Michaela have guided and supported me and my partner through some difficult times. Through no fault of Foxtons', we ran into some issues with our first offer and had to re-list. As before, it was not long at all until we were under offer again (a sale struck by Michaela, who has been a joy to work with from her very first viewing with the buyer). During all the typical ups-and-downs felt by all sellers during any house sale process - they have both been incredibly supportive, understanding, genuine, empathetic and hardworking in ensuring me and my partner got the best outcome possible. I honestly don't think we would have completed the sale had it not been for their expertise, support and guidance throughout the entire process. If like me, you are considering Foxtons along with other providers - all I can say is that in my experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Once again, Simon and Michaela are a credit to the company and have both been incredible. Their partnership and support is one I'm never likely to forget. Thank you, guys!

There were many queries during the sales process and all of these were handled effortlessly right up until the completion. The service was above and beyond my expectations and I'm extremely happy with how everything has been handled. I'm more than happy to use again and can thoroughly recommend their services. GoogleAn enormous thank you to Charlie Jones and Simon Darvill for all of their support with my flat sale. Simon valued my flat, with a strong knowledge of the market and clearly a lot of experience. Compared to the other agents I had previously dealt with, the Foxtons team were by far the most professional. Both Simon and Charlie were absolutely brilliant in advising me and working with me on the sale. They worked tirelessly on arranging viewings and once an offer had been accepted, constantly remained in contact, reassuring me and keeping me updated. I felt in very safe hands with both Charlie and Simon and would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling their home. Thank you both, once again!

GoogleWe were searching for months for a property to buy and must have worked with every agent in the area - the level of service, detail and knowledge from Phoebe at Foxtons was leagues ahead of any other agent we visited properties with. She had the answers to all our questions, and more, had ideas for development, and even sent over comparable properties in the area to demonstrate the potential. If I come to sell in the area I would 100% ask Phoebe to take care of it - and highly recommend any other vendors do the same!

He made the daunting process of finding a new home feel like a breeze. Constantly keeping me updated and checking in so I felt well informed throughout the process. GoogleStaff are polite, professional, and extremely helpful. Particular thanks to Adam who consistently went above and beyond to provide great service, which made the search for a let so much easier. Edit: 5* -> 1*. While staff are ambitious and effective, expect to be the last priority in the event of unreasonable living conditions created by landowners or unfinished fixes prior to move in. Rent was still collected in full for the landowner despite vermin, structural problems, flooding, and other issues remaining unfixed for months. Any request for professional advice was met with an unsympathetic and procedural response. Furthermore, during the move out period viewings were scheduled aggressively with communications between agents and tenants being very poor and sudden. Overall, for helping you find a property, they are effective and attentive. If you have a smooth experience with your landowner you will have no issues, but in the event of any problems you will be treated extremely disrespectfully and most likely have a very difficult experience resolving them as a result of their bottom line.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleSimon, Charlie and the team at Foxtons Crystal Palace did a great job with the sale of our property. The agents showing the property were always contactable and helpful and provided feedback in a timely manner after each viewing. They secured two offers for us and, in the latter stages of our sale, Simon in particular was extremely helpful in helping move the transaction towards completion. While Foxtons were more expensive than other agents in our area, they delivered on both price and service and we would definitely recommend them to others in the area.

GoogleI recently had a valuer by the name of Andrèa Wright attend my property for a valuation. Andrèa not only gave me the estimate value of my home, but she also thoroughly explained why she gave me this number. She was extremely honest which solidified my trust in her and the Foxtons brand. Her experience radiated throughout this encounter. I will definitely be returning in the coming weeks to discuss putting my home on the market and if possible, I would love for Andrèa to be my agent!

GoogleFoxtons Crystal Palace sold my house in Anerley in February 2019 a very difficult time for the market. They got a good price and were very professional and efficient. Tom Pedrotti was always very proactive and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend them as you feel that they are making a big effort to find you a buyer.
