GoogleGreat experience buying our first home through foxtons. Our agent Michaela was fantastic. She was professional, quick and always available to support us through the process. GoogleExceptional estate agent would highly recommend. After requesting viewings in SE19, Charlie made time in his diary to suit my schedule and was most professional in showing me multiple properties! I found with another estate agent in the end but their service doesn't compare to Foxtons.

GoogleNever bought and sold a property on my own before,I was stressed about what was happening and what I had to do,but I didn't have to worry with Foxtons.Michaela and Simon were there helping and advising all the way, best thing was they kept me up to date all the time.Highly recommended.

GoogleHave had a great experience purchasing a property through Foxtons. Sales negotiator Chelsey Stewart was particularly good to work with - always available at the other end of the phone to answer queries, efficient, friendly and polite. She made what was often a stressful and uncertain time seem that little bit easier and smoother. She was a delight to work with.

GoogleAfter not being able to live in my rented flat for the past 4 weeks due to a mouse infestation Foxtons have still not resolved the issue and me and my toddler are currently sofa surfing. To top it off our landlord is a foxtons employee!! I wouldn’t rent a property through them, they do not care about tenants welfare or inhabitable properties

Hi Carlene, we are working on this as a priority but have been made aware that the the issue is in the main building and not just specifically your flat. We have spoken with building maintenance and hope for a resolve for you on this as soon as possible. Our property management team are chasing the contractors for the mice proofing quote. GoogleOutstanding! And I was skeptical. Foxtons and every agent I spoke to were amazing. They dealt with everything in a timely professional and efficient way. They went above and beyond. I moved from an under performing agency, and they got me straight into multiple offers and a better price which was very fair to the buyer too. They helped me all the way through to close. I would definitely recommend them and have already. Thanks Foxtons!

GoogleRequested a viewing online and received no answer. I then called them and was told they weren’t sure when they could show me around as it’s half term, but they’d get back to me. Haven’t heard from them since. Never had this experience when trying to book a viewing before.

GoogleMichaela McHugh at Foxtons, in the words of the iconic Tina Turner song, is 'simply the best'. She works to the highest of professional standards but in a way that gives clients the sense she genuinely cares about them and their move. She took us to view a place that would not have popped up in our search criteria yet turned out to be perfect for us and oversaw the process of buying it from offer to completion with love and grace. Who could ask for more!
