GoogleI would strongly advise not going with foxtons. Firstly I reported my landlord entering my property without my consent on 4 occasion. Their response was to dispute this with your landlord.. then to rub salt into the wound I caught an agent entering my property with no permission. I've emailed to complain with no response. Just to let everyone aware of the foxtons agent name that was entering my property without my permission.. her name was Nehad. I only caught the agent once but I have no idea how many times they entered my property. They do not care about their tenants? They fob you off at every occasion.

GoogleMy partner and me were struggling to find a good size property that is pet friendly and still be in zone 1. After one phone call with Lydia Kolic, she offered us something and arranged an immediate viewing. The next day, we placed an offer and got the property. This was by far the easiest move i have ever made and Lydia certainly played a huge part in it by being available even after working hours. We are more than thankful for her and looking forward to a be in contact :)

GoogleReally good experience with this office. Moved from Seattle to London and Edvin walked us through every step and found the perfect spot about 5 minutes from Hyde park. Not easy considering we moved here with a dog! Would highly recommend working with Edvin and the team.

GoogleVery unhelpful and unprofessional. 1. Waited outside for 30 minutes before closing however they closed very early. Knocked on the windows and the staff saw me however they just ignored me. 2. A staff with glasses noticed me and said no we are closed with a rude and disrespectful gesture. 3. Finally someone came up after 45 minutes of waiting. However he said I could have left the keys through the letter box. How would they even know which house it is for? But at least he was nice and helpful. Clearly if someone is knocking on the window and standing outside for more than half an hour it should be important right?

GoogleRepairs not done after months and these guys still try to find next tenants. Desparate of repair but these guys be like 'it's the location' as if that makes it okay to let out leaky unsafe property with rodents running around. These guys act so entitled and behave like I own them money. They have zero comms within the organisation. I have to repeat the same stuff with each and everyone of them about the same issue - and nothing changes.

GoogleJack Moggridge was the sales representative who helped me find my property in Marylebone. A more helpful, courteous and also professional person one couldn't hope to meet. He showed me round many properties and however dismissive I was of them he always came up smiling and with something more to view. I can't recommend Jack high enough

GoogleAmazing service, led by Gianluca. We found a flat in 1 day. The flat was, and is, perfect in the exact spot. He heard our needs and immediately found properties to fulfil them, whilst guiding our applications through to success. I cannot fault Gianluca and his colleagues and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

GoogleThe system wouldn’t allow me to give no stars, so here’s 1. Harriet Murphy at the marylebone office is an absolute displeasure to be around, let alone work with. Her attitude and sense of entitlement makes it impossible for one to even have a desire to communicate with. She is rude, passive aggressive, completely unable to manage a schedule or time commitments and frankly, has no people skills. If you’re looking to let or find your new spot, I strongly encourage you to ensure she is not working on your deal/account. You won’t get a spot but instead will get a platter of aggressive, vile energy and attitude to deal with.

GoogleI was helped by Edvin looking for a student friendly flat and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly, professional and accommodating he was - especially considering everything was done remotely. I can wholeheartedly recommend Foxtons, and overall has been the best experience I’ve had with a letting agency in London.

GoogleFoxton is a housing agency you can always rely. I must admit it is a bit more expensive than others, still when you deal with Foxton you have a 100% guarantee that everything is going to go smoothly. In addition people taking you around the houses are always very friendly and supportive.

GoogleI thoroughly recommend Tom Watts in the Marylebone Office, He is incredibly efficient and diligent and has a great "can do " attitude - nothing was too much effort - a real pleasure to deal with and most importantly only showed me relevant properties!
