GoogleTerrible service all the way through. These people are shameless and only want your money. Asked me to give them 5 weeks of a holding deposit. It should only be 1 week. I asked them to show me the property by video call at least so I can make my mind up as no one could show me the property on the same day or the day later. They just wanted me to rush and transfer the money. I have seen some other reviews where people have expressed concerns about this estate agency having its members show up at rented apartments/flats without notifying their tenants which is technically trespassing. Don't bother with this place and go to a better estate agency in the area. This place is only run by mongerels! They have zero empathy and terrible customer service to the core (yes the management is appaling as well based on my experience)!

GoogleI had the chance to deal with Jessica who is a Senior Sales Negociator at Foxtons. I found a property for my client and I have to mention that she gave extra attention to everything since the first viewing until the key holding. She was always super flexible to organise appointments for the client and very professional. I will definitively keep in touch and will contact her for another search in the area. Unique enough to take time to write a positive review!

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with the Foxtons office. I recently moved from Canada to London and Edvin helped me find the perfect flat in Marylebone! He showed me 5 great flats that fit my criteria and budget, and he helped me negotiate a few terms with the landlord which was very much appreciated. He answered all my questions leading up to my rental start date and was always available when I needed assistance. I highly recommend this agency and specifically working with Edvin!

Over the course of my recent move out they managed to: - Send agents for viewings unannounced - *Twice* botch the checkout by sending people on the wrong dates - Not reply to a *single* email - Charge an exorbitant fee for check-out (after having paid them an exorbitant fee to see the flat in the first place)
We're sorry to hear that your experience with us did not go as expected - these certainly aren't practices of the premium standard we strive to deliver. It sounds like something has gone wrong here. GoogleI have worked with both Tom Wilmot-Smith and head of the office, Charles Cutting, they both are very professional at what they do and at the same time give you a nice feeling that you are looked after by a friend. I would highly recommend Foxton Marleybone office.

GoogleI have had a laughably terrible experience with Foxton’s. Avoid them at all costs. The customer service they have provided us is abusive and questionably legal. To name a few examples: - They sold us on a fully-furnished apartment during our site tour. After we committed to the flat and were forced to pay the full year of rent upfront, they removed over half of the furniture (1/2 couches, a desk, tv stand, dresser). We spent over £1,000 replacing the items that we were initially promised. When we asked for partial recompensation, they told us that we were lucky to have what we have. - One of the big selling points of our flat was that it is climate-controlled with air conditioning and heat, which is significant because the windows to the flat do not open. After nearly 7 months of living here, and countless work orders, we still have never had working air conditioning or heating. Foxton’s blames the building management, however, failed to mention that none of this worked when we moved in. - Lastly, we spent the majority of last winter without a working water heater. I went to a public gym to take showers everyday. This was another thing that was broken when we moved in. Foxton’s actually DID warn us that it didn’t work… 3 days before move-in, and after we had already moved out of our previous flat. All in all, it’s better for your mental health to not deal with these people. I would rather be homeless than live in another apartment from Foxton’s

GoogleSilvio, showed us some flats but was terribly rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend at all. He made us walk around with him for an hour and go with him for a coffee, wasting our time. I didn’t like the flat he showed and he got very annoyed, acting unprofessional and disrespectful.
