GoogleNot recommended. The most irresponsible and unreliable people I have ever seen in my life are gathered here. They are supporting you till signing the contract after that there is no one there to help you.

GoogleOver three+ years Foxtons and the property renewal is £2100 no works done ever. Came in for an insect in and did nothing.

GoogleAppallingly managed estate agency. Deliberately and cynically unresponsive to our request for clarification regarding wholly arbitrary deductions from our tenancy deposit. Don't waste your time with valueless estate agencies such as Foxtons.

GoogleWe saw loads of quality properties with Foxtons, probably the best on the market. Nicole White our contact was charming, funny and even remembered my daughter’s name! The delightful Nicole has great local knowledge and the potential to one day run her own chain of successful estate agents. However we didn’t buy our flat through Foxtons… BUT thank you for your time and patience Nicole - all the best and my 5 stars go to you

GoogleI recommend every one don't deal with foxtons which located in shepherds Bush because they are not respecte the Tenant desires. always ignoring my emails and you can't reach to the property manager .

GoogleI have used the Foxtons in Shepherds Bush since its opening for letting my properties in this area. I have been very pleased with the service I have received from the letting department of this agency and particularly from the manager, Annabelle. She has always given me the best advise on the set up of the property for getting the highest rent and with her active team I have received good quality tenants for my properties. I have recommended them to my property owner friends.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling company! Avoid at all costs!! Pushes you hard into making an offer by probably faking the fact that a counteroffer is on the table. Then lets you sign several versions of a contract with different reasons, makes you pay their outrageous fee of 420 plus deposit, assuring you that the landlord will "sign tonight" only to tell you a week later that there was a counteroffer by another agency and that you have to "match" it. Seriously? Nothing but a joke. What kind of business model is that. Apparently they do not have any proper relationships with their landlords. Save your time and your money and deal with real agencies. This would be 0 out of 5 stars if possible. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleAlexi Earl - Remember the name. What a brilliant experience renting our property through Foxtons. I could not recommend enough to deal with the lovely Alexi. He has been so helpful throughout the process, and prompt with responding to anything we need!

GoogleFoxtons did a fantastic job in selling my property. Lauren guided me through the process which turned out to be more complicated than I had thought. She kept me on the right track and always acted on my behalf. Having had a useless experience with another estate agent prior to Foxtons, I know how exceptional the service has been. I can highly recommend them.

GoogleAnnabelle and Jordan are quite possibly the most brilliant agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their professionalism, efficiency and transparency is second to none and I would highly recommend them to all friends, family and colleagues. Although Foxtons do charge slightly more, they more than deserved it with the price they achieved and the time in which they got me an offer. I look forward to dealing with them again!!

GoogleThey are very keen agents to get you to look at as many properties that they have on their books for your budget. that's a good point BUT when it came down to the nitty gritty of realistic price of what a property is Really worth they don't listen to you as a buyer and wont budge on price. I bought the same type of property with a different agent for 20K less.

Foxtons has been the best one in terms of customer service and support over every aspect of making an important purchase, such as buying a property. The whole team is focused and really helpful. No matter how much money you are investing, they always make you feel important and they establish a great human relationship with their customers.
