GoogleIt was a pleasure working with Salim searching for a property in West London. He was always really approachable, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to find a property that suited me.
This is wonderful news Louise, thanks for sharing!

GoogleNot the greatest branch , when managing my flat. Service in the office was slack, on a Friday inclusive of a non serious atmosphere. It appears they are good when searching for customers but not so great with current customers. Particularly after taking over from D&G Hopefully they improve.

GoogleVery good experience with Salim in Foxtons Shepherds Bush. Very professional and helpful. Buying a flat can be a stressful exercise but with a good advice and service, it was smooth and easy.
This is wonderful news, thank you for sharing Amine!

GoogleOnly called in to get a key for an AirBnb, but lovely to see hand sanitizer on the counter, where across the road, at McDonalds, there is nothing. 🙄 …
Thank you, Richard!

GoogleChristian Campbell has so far (half a year into my tenancy) provided the worst service I have received in my life, but Foxtons in general has also been absolutely terrible. I really can not emphasize how bad the experience has been.

GoogleShervin from Foxtons was super responsive, empathetic and professional. Even though we ended up letting through another agent( due to non availability) of a particular flat on Foxtons website but Shervin ensured he followed up to check if everything went well. Extemely professional and fantastic customer service. We will definetely contact in future. Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleGreat service and great efficiency in doing what they are supposed to do. Get your property sold. Very professional agents and very helpful. Not overbearing like some other agents can be. Mark Nockles in particular who was my agent was excellent all the way through. Highly recommend him and his team to get the job done.

GoogleI cannot rate Annabelle at Foxtons Shepherds Bush highly enough for the totally stress-free service from the sales and the rental teams - above and beyond the call of duty - and just being there as real people and supportive in stark contrast to any experience I have had from Estate agents in London previously!

GoogleWe spent most of the day with Tristan Tyrie from the SB branch of Foxtons. He is quite outstanding - knowledgable, polite to a fault, humorous, extremely helpful - genuinely very good company. He could tell quickly what we were after and is being a marvellous help with our search. We commend him to buyers.

GoogleJas and Elena are professional and helpful throughout the process. I recommend them for any property purchases. At every turn, they attempt to do the right thing for both the buyer and seller, which speaks to the service they provide.
