My experience with Foxtons was simple, easy, and genuinely friendly. Adam was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free, especially compared with other agents who can sometimes make you feel pressured or try to sell you anything. Adam was great at letting us view the properties at our own pace, answering all our questions, and making sure we never felt rushed or pressured. His approach was professional, friendly, and very reassuring. I would definitely recommend Adam and Foxtons to anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant property search experience!

Prithvi Ladhani at Foxtons Shepherd's Bush helped us throughout our property search. He went out of his way for us and showed us properties right across London, not only in Shepherd's Bush, and he arranged all of those viewings himself. He took great care in communicating with us and he was honest about the pros and cons of each house. Every house he took us to was one we could live in, and we genuinely appreciated that. When he followed up he was never pushy. I recommend Prithvi to anyone buying in London, and I thank him and the Foxtons team for their help.

Olivia made the whole process really straightforward. From the first viewing of multiple properties to having my offer accepted which was all done the same day. She was incredibly responsive throughout, always easy to get hold of on WhatsApp and quick to answer any questions. Didn't have to chase anything, which took a lot of the stress out of the process. Overall a smooth experience and I'd have no hesitation recommending her.

Finding a studio for my son in London was far less stressful than I thought it would be, thanks to Sherone. She was absolutely brilliant and suggested a remote viewing to help us secure somewhere suitable. She personally went to the flat to take us both round on Face Time and made the whole process so much easier - she really went out of her way to help us. Her knowledge of West London was extensive and her advice was excellent. If you are contacting the Shepherd’s Bush office I would highly recommend speaking to Sherone - she is friendly, professional and a really terrific agent.

Unfortunately, my experience with Foxtons Shepherds Bush was very disappointing. We only dealt with the team to begin our tenancy, so thankfully we are now dealing directly with the landlord. For the move-in, my partner and I followed all procedures in a timely fashion and did our part. I requested multiple times that the flat be cleaned professionally before our move-in date and that any repairs be made prior to our move-in. We were reassured this would be completed ahead of time. Unfortunately, on the day of our move-in, we discovered nothing had been done, and the apartment was full of dust and the bathroom was filthy. We ended up having to clean the previous tenants’ mess during our move-in while trying to unpack, which made our whole move-in a very disheartening experience. This was our main problem, but we also experienced other issues when dealing with the branch that I won’t labour on here. All to say, I would proceed with caution when dealing with them.

Everything was alright until we moved out and Foxtons refused to return our deposit and overpaid rent (more than 3000£ in total). They claimed they were processing the payment and "chasing" the landlord and that the delay was on the landlord's side but we've been in touch with the landlord and have a written proof he never received any correspondence from the agents. It looks like a scam, so be careful with this agency.

Very helpful and quick to get back to you. After moving over from South Africa in the first week on January, we had the pleasure of getting Curtis Downey as our agent when sending in a request to view for one place. Curtis was quick to call back, ask about our preferences and set up 3 viewings for us the very next day. He drove us to all 3 viewings and gave a lot of valuable (and realistic) insight on the London rental market. Within a day or two we had secured a place that he had shown us and walked us through each step while being very responsive and relaxed when we had queries. The agent, Olivia, appeared disorganised and unprofessional during our interactions, leading to a waste of time and effort on our part.
