GoogleWe dealt with Darien from Foxtons when he worked in the South Kensington branch. Quite simply, we have worked with a lot of estate!! agents and Darien was the best!! Exceedingly proactive, fully aware of our needs, and always willing to chop and change to meet our schedule, and just a great person to do business with.. Keep hold of him!!

GoogleHad a great time using Foxton’s to find out flat! My partner and I had relocated from overseas and Harry was able to find us a property that met all of our requirements. He even went above and beyond and got us into our property earlier than expected. Harry was very easy to communicate with and responded to our emails and messages quickly. He even took the time to explain details about the rental market in London and provide some tips, which was very helpful settling in a new country.

GoogleFirst rate service from a very well run professional and pro-active operation. Slightly more expensive than other operators, but on balance worth the money in a difficult Brexit climate. Salim Hussain was particularly helpful and insightful, selling my flat within 8 days, and subsequently guiding the sale through the stressful conveyancing process. A huge thank you to him!
Thank you for your review Mandy, we're pleased to know that Salim was able to make your selling process as smooth and stress free as possible. We hope to work with you again in the future!

GoogleMy husband and I had the pleasure of working with Foxtons while purchasing a property in the UK as non-residents. We were fortunate to be assisted by Antony and Gentjan, who were not only kind and patient but also highly professional. They answered our numerous questions with clarity and patience, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them, and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for property in the UK.

GoogleCharlie Willars at Foxtons Shepherds Bush has been great to work with. He took care to ask questions to find out exactly what my needs were in a property...then popped up with an exact fit almost immediately. He took the hard work out of finding a house and has been a great support through the process...so appreciated.
This is wonderful news, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us Bonny!

GoogleI had Hamidi who sent in exactly the kinds of flats we were looking for before they became available on the website including well within our budget as new buyers. Can’t recommend him more was excellent! Very honest and extremely helpful.

GoogleEven though I didn’t end up finding my apartment through this agency, I really want to highlight the professionalism and responsiveness of Olivia Seck. She was attentive, quickly suggested several places around Shepherd’s Bush, and always answered my questions with clarity and kindness. You can tell she genuinely puts in the effort to find something that matches your needs. Thanks again for all your help, Olivia!

GoogleJaz top man Many thanks to Foxtons and in particular Jas. What a legend. Although there were a few teething problems initially the overall service was superb. Jas guided me through what could have been a stressful experience with humour, patience and real knowledge and experience. Totally reliable in terms of communications and getting back to me, he is also part rottweiler as he chased the ineffective solicitors on both sides of the transaction tirelessly. Very reassuring service and top dog for advice and information.

GoogleFoxton's was great at handling the sales process of our flat. Salim Hussein was particularly helpful at handling the different parties involved in the transactions from lawyers on both sides and arrangin surveyors. He was patient and always willing to help in whatever way needed to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Thank you for your review Justin. It's great to hear that Salim was able to aid in the selling of your property efficiently and successfully. We hope to work with you again in the future!

GoogleAs expected with Foxtons, the process can be pushy and slightly annoying, especially at the beginning. That said, I knew what I wanted and was keen on the flat, so I didn’t mind pushing through that part. …

GoogleGary Runnalls recently helped me secure a sale on a flat in Barons' Court. I haven't always had the best impression of Foxtons but he was excellent. The sale wasn't straightforward, but Gary was always professional and helpful without being smarmy and fake, he's a can-do man and a great people person. He was also reliable, works crazy hours and good at keeping me up to date with weekly phone calls, which I wouldn't expect as our pokey flat won't have been the most exciting property on his list. When there was bad news to deliver regarding buyers etc he delivered it promptly and straight, no procrastinating, blaming or bad-mouthing anyone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary to anyone else wanting to sell a property.

GoogleAnnabelle, We just wanted to take the opportunity of deeply thanking you and your team for the wonderful job you did finding the perfect tenants for our property! From meeting you until signing the contract - everything worked out smoothly and very professionally, as we knew it from Foxtons Sales in past already but not yet from Lettings. You made it so easy for us to 'let go' of our beloved place for a while, always had an open ear as well as perfectly prepared feedbacks of viewings etc. It was great having you and Foxtons on our side during that time, we would and will happily come back to you when required and can recommend you and your great personality, professionalism and confidence a 100%. PS: Fritz the dog agrees! All the very best.

GoogleFoxtons closed my complex sale this month. I used them because I know they are the most diligent and have the best depth of service. Jas and Lauren justified that position and both were consistently professional, tenacious and communicative throughout. Lauren went above and beyond helping me with general checks as I no longer live in London. Thank you Foxtons, great job.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHi all My experience was with Natalie Simpkin. She’s been amazing on every aspect, from the very beginning till the end. She was very good at listening my needs and proposing only properties that would suit me, not wasting my time with wrong ones. She was always available and flexible to meet and to arrange viewings, giving me all sort of information before and after in order to help me in the choice. In the end I didn’t buy through foxtons, but just because the property wasn’t listed with it and absolutely not for the service that Natalie provided; to be honest I was really hoping to find the right solution with her because I would have trusted her on handeling all my paperwork for the purchase. She is a great employee that has great selling skills and empathy as well towards the buyer. Thanks Natalie for all the help!

GoogleI would be very wary of choosing Foxtons Shepherds Bush as they epitomise everything negative about estate agents. They show you properties that are way above budget and then enter you into bidding wars with other prospective tenants - Inga was particularly timewasting. It's disheartening when you find a property you love within budget and then they ask you to up your offer over the price advertised. They also market the same properties as other agents yet their fees are well above their competitors.

GoogleJust wanted to say thanks to Salim for going above and beyond in what is a difficult and stressful time, he was always in touch and assisted with all my queries, no matter how trivial. I shall recommend you highly to any friends and family.........
