Great and seamless experience, my partner and I were moving to London from Singapore. Found a property and called Ben, an hour later we had a video tour of the house, liked it and within a week we had secured it. It was a pleasant experience working with Ben, thanks to him we have a cosy apartment and absolutely loving the neighbourhood. He was quick to respond, efficient, and was very helpful :)

Worst Agent I’ve seen!!!!!!Totally a scam. Rent a flat which is terrible. When I moved in, it’s dirty and there full of Landlord’s personal item like towels and bedsheet and socks. For the first whole month, there is no hot water at all. The boiler has been leaking for 6 months. The dishwasher has been broken for 3 months. The property manger was ignoring all issues and never able to be reached. Advice: if you’d like to live a happy life, never rent any property from here.
