I was searching for an apartment in Notting Hill and had to deal with lots of agents but the one who was genuine into helping me finding the best suited property was Jamie. Very kind and polite, also he had to deal with all sort of unexpected problems which he managed in a true professional way. Can't think of a better person to deal with finding the best property according to any of your personal requests. I recommend Jamie to anyone who's looking for a property in Notting Hill! I went to Foxtons Notting Hill to rent an apartment in which I was left to speak to Tom Hawes who was extremely helpful. I was given an appointment and was immediately shown a number of flats which left me with a variety of choices to pick from! Tom gave great service across the entire process as well as his management who worked with speed. The incredibly nice and welcoming team began from the receptionist up till the managers. Although I had a minor problem, Tom and the management excelled at their job to solve my issue fast and professionally. An excellent team indeed. Thank you Tom, and I wish you the best.

I recently purchased a property in Maida Vale with the help of Bianca Petrocochino. Bianca was professional, friendly, always went the extra mile and really made the experience enjoyable. We have been renting an apartment in Queensway for 3 years through Foxtons and they have terrible staff. They are non responsive, arrogant and not understanding at all. Especially during the pandemic. They are not supportive towards the tenants and never response to our emails or calls at the first go. I would suggest to never use their services. Despite paying so much it was a big headache. Our property manager was incredibly ignorant and rude towards us. My father just passed away and with 3 months left on his lease we were able to pay a months rent and asked this agent to put the place on the market asap to try and ensure the landlord is left with no gap. We also asked their policy for rental with deaths and/or a probate policy. Weeks late they have shown zero compassion, have not offered a death or probate process/policy and still have not put the property back online for re-rental. DISGUSTING behaviour I wil never use Foxtons again

I'm really happy with the service offered by Foxtons. I was in contact with three agents for different parts of the city (all of them by mail and videos as I was living in Sweden at the time). The three of them were quite helpful and accommodating with my needs. At the end, Ieva showed me a great flat, that ticked all the boxes. Then, she kept me posted on every step of the way, recommended places in the neighborhood as she is a fellow neighbor and even picked up a card for me that was sent by mistake two weeks before my arrival. I can't recommend Foxtons, and specially Ieva, enough, this transition has been smoothless thanks to them.
