GoogleMost agents l have dealt with in the pass have been very clinical, matter of fact… until by chance l met Chuck, what a breath of fresh air! The whole process was a breeze he was diligent, professional and a lovely manner that put me at ease. I would not hesitate recommending him to my colleagues and friends. GoogleDo not use Foxtons. Untrustworthy, dishonest estate agent. Terrible experience with Chuck + team leading me to loose thousands of pounds in fees. They will agree to conditions of exclusivity, however don’t believe them. They will just lie and tell you to pay all the fees, that everything is ok and follow through on buying a property, only to wake up one day and find out it’s been sold to someone else. Waste of time, waste of money, and I can agree with the other 1 star reviews on here, totally stressful, terrible experience.

GoogleWilliam Richardson William is an estate agent that one can have confidence in. He is both fair, honest and trustworthy and is not the typical pushy agent. GoogleI had a great experience with Foxtons Notting Hill. If you’re looking to buy I would recommend seeing if sales negotiator Natalie Simpkin is available. We first viewed the properties I had seen on the website and she then showed me a gem of a place that hadn’t yet gone live, enabling me to put in an early offer. She has excellent knowledge of both the area and the market and l found her by far the most professional negotiator I met while seeking a property. Top marks to Foxtons.

GoogleCharlie Duffield is an outstanding lettings agent! I had a week to find a flat in London in one of the busiest periods for the industry.. He made it all happen. He made sure the whole process was as smooth and easy as can be, provided excellent customer support and helped me with getting everything settled in record time. Also very friendly staff, I got a great coffee and everyone seemed to be happy working there. 10/10 would recommend!

GoogleFinding your ideal flat is always difficult in the competitive market that is London, but we were so thankful for our agent's assistance. Ben was always on the lookout for the next best thing and he would update us regularly as soon as he found something. Made the (difficult) job of finding a place considerably easier!

Firstly, the letting agent we dealt with (Claudia J) managed to fit us in for a viewing with very short notice and even drove us there as well as taking us to see a second option which we hadn't seen listed online (not to mention that she dropped us off at a previously arranged viewing elsewhere after showing us the properties). The second flat she showed us turned out to be a perfect option and we made an application that same day. The whole process was very smooth! Claudia was knowledgeable and very quick to come back to us with any queries we had. GoogleDreadful communications, only had 3 viewings in the 3 months I was with them. They also have my own property photos and however hard I try I can’t get anyone to send them back. You just get passed from pillar to post. Chuck the manager never picks up his phone. The valuation was way too high and the whole experience has just been a massive waste of time!

GoogleWe dealt our transaction with Foxtons Notting Hill. Our agent Natalie Simpkin helped us to find a lovely flat in a great location. She is efficient, the viewings are always arranged in a short time. She showed us not only interiors of the properties but also the area, she knows her field well. When our offer was accepted, she continued to follow up and she took her time to discuss with us every during the reviewing. We should mention also that our deal was finally completed with the help of Oliver and Tom. When we had problems, Oliver was always helpful to find solutions for us, he is very experienced. They are all professional and know very well the market, we highly recommend this team in your housing research

GoogleI've done several viewings with Foxtons in the Notting Hill area. I had very little time to do these viewings, but Natalie Simpkin was very accomodative and she managed to show me 9 properties over 2 days in a total of just 2.5 hours. Having seen so many different properties, I could make comparisons at the end; so the experience really gave me a clear picture of what I could get in the area. Natalie was very caring and really careful in understanding my preferences and no-go, she was also quite frank which is not really a common feature amongst agents. I did not proceed with any of the properties I viewed, but that's because I decided to postopone the purchase.
