This office and company is a joke . We made an offer for a flat to rent , it has been accepted. We went through the credit check and process and we have been confirmed in writing that everything was fine . So we signed the contract and paid full deposit + 1 week of rent (around 10k) One week before the move in date they told that the landlord was not happy with the credit history (we showed savings for around 2M). Tom Mellon is such an unprofessional and not reliable agent. We understand a landlord can be unhappy about someone, but absolutely NOT one week before the move in date , after all the checked were done and ok , with all the furnitures already bought online and ready to be delivered STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Made me go through hell and back to get my deposit back, still have not received it and it’s been 2 months since I moved out. My landlord told them to give me back my deposit before I even moved out. To be clear even the agent who showed me the apartment was rude, some guy named Harvey… the moment I signed the contract and paid he completely switched up ignoring any and all my questions. They’ve finally sent me an email a week ago after 2 months saying they’ve transferred the funds, I call in to check their status today and I’m told that actually they didn’t and the funds have just been transferred now… please use Dexter’s or some other agency… these people will do their best to keep your money and will avoid telling you any of the flaws of the apartment.

I got in touch with Harriet whilst I was still in Australia and she took my details and said she'd get in touch once I'd landed. Many agents at other agencies said they would do this, but Harriet was the only one who kept her word. We went out and looked at a range of options in the area I was interested in, and once I'd found the perfect flat for me, Harriet helped me with all the paperwork and processes and helped me meet the landlord which was great. This was especially appreciated as I'm new to living in the UK and don't have a history or experience here. All went well and I'm very grateful for getting so quickly set up in my new flat. Really comfortable location, light and spacious brunch. All team are nice, polite and ready to help. Me and my husband worked with Ieva Sataite. She did a great job with organising viewings, negotiating and helping to find a right place to live for us. She spent with us almost a week in viewings and now, when we are already the tenants, she still on touch and ready to answer to all of our questions. It is very important, because it’s our first ecxperience and we are completely toddlers in case of renting. It is our plasure to meet such a professional, intelegent, caring person.
