GoogleWorking with Jess to find a flat for us as we relocated from Toronto to London was a great experience. Of the dozens of agents that we connected with early in our search, Jess stood out immediately. She truly took the time to understand our needs and wants, and quickly got to work finding a flat for us without wasting our time on flats that would be non-starters. Jess cares about her clients and it comes through in her work as she goes above and beyond.

GoogleAsk for Carmine! Carmine was a fantastic help in my search for a new flat. Highly recommend him. He is attentive, courteous and knowledgable. He goes above and beyond for his clients and is not pushy or too hustling like some lettings agents. He listens to what you are seeking + tries his absolute best to help you find it. Whilst I ended up finding my flat through a friend, I will 100% come back to Carmine for my next property search.

GoogleThey really made flat hunting a terrible and anxious experience, while it genuinely is not. I learned by reaching to other agencies in areas of my interest and seeing a drastic difference in communication quality, transparency, empathy, flats choice, etc. Everyone in Foxtons is absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. The work culture there must be so toxic, they are chaotic and stressing to clients.

GoogleIt has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Jose Bailao from the Notting Hill Office. He was the epitome of professionalism whilst we were attempting to find a short term rental. Jose made himself available for viewings, even though Foxton's do not always undertake viewings for short term rentals. Jose answered all questions in a speedy and professional manner, was available before 8am and after 7pm to resolve issues. Unfortunately the short term rental didn't happen due to lack of residents parking however, Jose was tirelessly on the phone to the council trying his utmost to make the rental happen. I have rarely seen such diligence, hard work and professionalism from an Estate Agent. I would deal with Foxtons again only because of Jose.

GoogleReally helpful staff in the Notting Hill Foxtons. We were let down with a landlord on the property we had chosen, however, Tom took us round many times after that to help us find somewhere up to our standards and within our budget under the short time limit we had. We ended up choosing one in Pimlico but Tom made the effort to contact the Foxtons team there, show us the flats himself and help us secure the flat we are now moving into.

GoogleWe worked with Ieva at Foxtons Notting Hill to find a new flat to rent. She had a good sense of the sort of properties that we would interested in and, unlike other agents that we have worked with, did not waste time on properties that were unlikely to be suitable for us. After the viewings, she was highly efficient and organized, helping us to secure our choice of property on the very same day. I would highly recommend Ieva.

GoogleI want to mention and thank Bianca Petrocochino, who I have dealt with from your Notting Hill branch, for a couple of properties I have successfully purchased in London Nov-Dec 2015. She has been wonderful and extremely helpful in regularly liaising with me, keeping me abreast of properties I was interested in, showing me around at a time convenient to me - all with a smiling face! She has a fantastic knowledge of the areas and prices and this was an added bonus for me. She is very polite and professional at the same time. I had a very short time frame to look at properties for my relocation from the US, and Jose was communicative, enthusiastic and always professional. He immediately understood what I was looking for, and wasted no time showing only properties that ticked all the boxes. After seeing more than two dozen flats in three days, I chose one of Jose's properties - not only because it was the right fit for me, but also because I had quickly become loyal to the agent who had shown such commitment in finding me my home away from home. GoogleAbsolutely Incredible! The whole process of working with Tom Hawes to see flats around Notting Hill was efficient, effective, and really effortless on my part. What set him apart from other was that he really cared about knowing what I was looking for and helping me understand the area and what was possible. He was extremely prompt about replying to questions, offered ideas about what might be good to look for, was really patient when my indecisiveness kicked in, and made an effort to fit me in on a busy weekend. He really made an effort to show me a variety of places that worked and helped me find the flat that I really wanted to live in.

GoogleI recently completed a purchase on a property in the Notting Hill area though the help of Bianca Petrocochino of Foxtons Notting Hill. Thanks to Bianca's professional, patient and inspired guidance at every stage of the purchase, this was a delightful experience from beginning to end. It started with the selection of the property itself. I had in mind something that, I now realize, would have been a bad choice. Bianca had the vision to show me another far more suitable property. I loved it when I first saw and I love it even more now. And then Bianca carefully and with consummate skill steered me (and everyone else) through the whole purchase experience from initial offer to final completion. I cannot speak highly enough of Bianca. She works tirelessly and with utmost dedication and at all stages of the purchase I never doubted that I could trust her implicitly.

He was also very kind to point out certain details of the rental process to understand as we are new to the market here and unfamiliar with the letting process. Although we did not make any offers on the properties we viewed with Karan, I would recommend any one who wishes to look in the Notting Hill area to speak with him for help in finding a place for let.

Especially worth mentioning is Nathalie Simpkin who secured the buyer and kept a watchful eye on the whole process. Very service minded. GoogleFoxtons is the worst company I had to deal with in the real estate market. They are unprofessional, incompetent and you absolutely cannot trust them. They would say things to you that they would not honor or respect. I had to call them about 20 times and send about 10 emails to get a reply. They are a total scam, go away if you can. And don't trust them. I hope no one gets to the troubles I got to because of them.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Bianca for her tireless effort in looking for a one bedroom flat for us in Central London, She was very professional and has a good knowledge of the area and paid attention to our list of requirements and matched this very well. I wish Bianca all the best in her career. The flat that she found us was originally for Buy to Let, but I fel in love with this flat and wanted to occupy it myself and the change in the arrangement did not suit the timing of the seller. Although we did not complete, the whole process was a very good learning opportunity for me and along the way Bianca followed up with the solicitors, us and the vendor in a very professional manner.
