GoogleIeva Sataite was so helpful throughout the entire negotiation process. She was extremely polite and professional throughout all viewings, she was in constant communication and responded promptly to all correspondence. She had listened and understood what we were looking for and showed us only appropriate properties, ultimately finding us the perfect place. I would highly recommend seeking Ievas advice when looking for a property in her area.

GoogleThe sales department is ok with some delays in getting back to you and some other small negative, overall I can say she was OK. The letting though and general communications between departments is ZERO !!! Ignorance, not returning calls, wrong info given, no rseponsibility taken for what was due to be done aty the end of the tenancy. I have heard from others than Foxtons are money grabbers, they charge too much, tehy try to charge you for all sort of things but I thought their servive is good enough. Disappointing.

The Foxtons team, and namely Mohammed from the Notting Hill branch, have gone above and beyond to help us find out for ourselves what our ideal home looks like, and to find a match for every single one of our criteria. Mohammed has truly done a tremendous job and the quality of customer service she displayed is a benchmark of excellence for every business to strive towards. GoogleMy partner and I were under an incredible time pressure. Which wouldn't be hard except that we are both highly particular about our living arrangement. Karan at foxtons came in with a lot of confidence which I was initially wary of. However every promise he gave was fully backed without a hiccup along the way. In a field thick with lies and empty promises it was a breath of fresh air to work with Karan who was quick to respond to any query.

GoogleI contacted Harriet Murphy from Foxtons Notting Hill branch to find me a house. I was really desperate having only 3 days to move out of my current house. She arranged a meeting in the same day and showed me 4 houses, 2 of which I really liked and decided to put an offer on one of them at 5:30pm. At 2pm the next day Harriet had already secured me the flat. Not only that but she was with me every step of the way updating me even when she didn't have much news herself. She managed to do this whole process in less than 24hours. She is smart, 100% dedicated, genuinely cares about her customers, wouldn't waste your time and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a flat in the area. GoogleMy husband and I are moving to London for a year from California and Harriet of the Notting Hill office has been amazing. She almost instantaneously responded to our inquiry, and has been incredibly helpful since. As Americans, we are unfamiliar with the process of applying for a rental in London, and she has helped us every step of the way. When my husband visited for work in advance of our move, she took him on a very thorough tour and showed him a lot of great properties. I cannot recommend working with Harriet highly enough!

Letting Negotiator under William(the Manager) acts as he is the most busiest man in the world and his manger William never answer a call or will meet you . They deal with you as Letting target only .I already submitted official complain in the Property Ombudsman.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleReally impressed with the Foxtons Notting Hill sales team. Emma and Ashley, who were responsible for my house sale, managed to get me a really good price for my property, above market value. They also were very supportive and easily contactable during the sales process, from initial offer through to completion. I also found the Foxtons Portal extremely useful in keeping up to date and tracking the progress of my house sale. Would throughly recommend to any prospective house mover looking for a friendly and professional service.

GoogleI initially contacted Foxtons regarding a rental property and was contacted by Harriet Murphy who, unlike many other agents out there actually wanted to get me into the right apartment that suited me and gave great advice even when regarding other agent’s properties. She ensured to check in with me constantly and was the only agent I wanted to take calls from. Would recommend using Foxtons and Harriet specifically if your looking at renting in London!
