GoogleWe werer very satisfied with Foxtons' services. Harriet, who looked after us, was realy amazing, caring and generally honest person, she sincerely advised us when she saw our confusion and lot of doubts. She is very charismatic, organized and efficient in her actions.

GoogleI recommend both Tom Hawes and Chris Sellwood at Foxtons. We recently relocated from the States and they were very helpful and supportive in securing a property very QUICKLY. International transactions can be very time consuming, and they were patient and helped guide us through the process and advocated for us. They went above and beyond to make our transaction easy, and Tom even stopped by after we moved in to check on us.

GoogleThey take your money and deposit when the game changes they pretend that they are chasing your concern while it is a center of cheaters. Avoid them, many more better agencies around the corner.

GoogleHonestly I was very impressed with Will and the whole team at Foxtons. I have been a landlord for 16 years. Long gone is Foxtonβs shady reputation of old. These guys are honest, decent, completely transparent with fees and worked hard to find me the right tenant. I highly recommend the entire team.

GoogleMandy Biring (foxtons) is a super estate agent. She was helpful, kind and was always happy to show me properties even at short notice. She also willingly imparted her expertise to help me understand the buying process and was glad to offer her help at any point. She was great! I liked her because she wasn't pushy at all, and that meant a lot to me.

GoogleTerrible Experience, Have taken money, inventory checked was failed, No hot water for almost two weeks after moving in date. Nobody in responsible. Terrible, Terrible and Terrible. Dont recommend at all.

GoogleI would strongly recommend to avoid dealing with Foxtons in general and this branch in particular. Before signing any lease agreement their staff are extremely nice and responsive. Once you sign the agreement however, all of this changes. They refuse to take your calls, rudely hang up on you and completely disregard any requests that you may make. They are by far the worst rental agency in London.

GoogleExtremely unhelpful and very poor customer service. Not willing to accommodate the tenants at all. They were only thinking about landlord interest and did not once tried to make the process of renting property easier for the tenants. I had a extremely bad experience with them as they refused to hand over the flat keys just because the documents were delayed :( shame
