GoogleI have been more than delighted with the approach of Ieva Sateite who has assisted me to resolve finding decent tenants with very tight deadline move in dates. She is also very helpful with a can do attitude, I would recommend her and the Notting Hill lettings team without hesitation.

GoogleI was shocked to discover such a glowing rating for this location on Google. However, many of the reviews are specifically about support during the property search process, not mentioning their customer service or tenant advocacy. I cannot recommend this company because of the awful service we received during the years of our tenancy contract.

GoogleObnoxious, rude and pushy when arranging viewings with myself and my wife as the existing tenants. One agent let himself in at 7:30pm without requesting access and another one snobbishly said she would be around later (essentially intimating there was nothing we could do to prevent it) as she had already requested access which we had granted. We attempted to be civil and helpful but these people have really pushed us to the limits and have consistently disrespected our rights. AVOID!!

GoogleWe were looking for a place around Paddington and José Bailao at Foxtons were nothing but helpful with this. He helped us negotiate a lower rent and on top of this he paid for a replacement key out of his own pocket the day we moved in as the previous tenants had handed one back broken! In short we couldn't have asked for any one better to help us find a new home :) While moving in we noticed that there were a few things that needed to be fixed in the flat and our property manager, Paul Hunter, has seen to that everything has been handled in no time at all. Our experience with Foxtons has been flawless!

GoogleCompared to all the other brokers I have dealt with, José Bailão was a breath of fresh air. Being new to the city and working full-time, whilst searching for a new home, meant that I wasn’t always flexible in terms of times for the viewings (which is not optimal, having in mind the fast paced housing market in London). Taking this into account, José Bailão's amazing professionalism and knowledge of the market as well as his dedication to get to know you/ understand exactly what you are searching for and taking your interests at heart, makes him quite special, not to say almost unique in this city! He is flexible to adapt to your schedule and applies maximum effort (and an equally proportional dose of patience) to ensure that you view the right properties and get the house you want. As a result, José Bailão has my highest recommendation and I believe that anyone who works with him should consider himself/herself lucky. If in the future I need to search for a house again, I will always go back to José Bailão.

GoogleI contacted Foxtons to help find tenants for my property and to provide advice on refurbishment and furiishings. Liz Nowak came to the property and provided me with very useful advice about what to do or not to do in terms of refurbishment. she also provided advice on the appropriate rent bracket according to the month the property was to be put on the market. After the property was complete, she provided me with updates on viewings. I would have liked more regular upates to reassure me that there was interest in the property. when I mentioned this to Liz, she responded favourably and provided more frequent updates. About a month after the property emerged on the rental market, I discovered that major works in the flat above were scheduled, which I feared would make it difficult to find tenants. However, Foxtons put together a rent reduction proposal and succeeded in securing a reasonable long, term tenancy.

GoogleI would highly recommend José Bailao at Foxtons Notting Hill for your letting requirements. He is very good and the best of agents I have dealt with in the years I've been in London We've been searching since Feb and had registered with several other agents all of which pitched ideas that were not right and frustratingly a waste of time I visited a 3bd flat with José in Notting Hill and without the usual "BS" you get, he had offered real advice on how I should position my offer. And I got a very very good deal. We also got the flat managed too given the landlord lives abroad. Once, we decided to make an offer, he drove the process smoothly to close, by chasing you and making sure your dossier is properly constructed and filed - so no worries there In my experience Jose, I would say of all the other estate agents I've dealt with in what was my current and past searches, he didn't waste my time. He's street smart when it comes to pricing. He offered some good advice when it came to making an offer and getting the deal I would highly recommend him in your search if you're in the area

GoogleWent to Foxtons, Notting Hill, and was approached by a delightful young chap, Karan Kumar. Within an hour we had viewed 4 different properties, Karan had a very friendly approach whilst being professional at all times. He went to a local coffee shop and came out with my favourite coffee - the guy must have a sixth sense. Shame I was not able to find any properties I liked but I will definitely be back. Bravo to the whole team!!

GoogleI was looking for a 2 bedroom flat with Tom from Notting Hill Gate Foxtons and Inga from Shepherd's Bush Foxtons. They were both sooo helpful and showed me about 6 properties each of them or more. They were flexible when scheduling appointments and that made a difference. In the end I didn't agree the let with them because the right property came somewhere else and it was a pity because I really wanted to find it with Tom or Inga.

GoogleNot a very professional service. At the move in date, 2 over 4 electronic devices were not working and although we signed a letting agreement for the 2 tenants, we received just one set of keys (second one having been lost as there were two when I visited: one for the tenant and one to make the visits). After 3 months, just 1 of the two devices is fixed and the complaint procedure is not really efficient or easy to put in place.

GoogleMy flatmate and I were looked after by Jamie Wilson at the Foxtons Notting Hill office while searching for a two bedroom flat. Though we eventually decided on a flat offered by a different estate agent, we found Jamie an excellent representative and by far the most attentive and organised estate agent we dealt with during our search! He was proactive with us and we very much appreciated his desire to find us the best property he could - we'll certainly be back in contact with him when we come to search for a new place in the future.

GoogleThe most disappointing service I have ever encountered. This company was extremely keen to take 4 month up front rent and fees. In fact they contacted me everyday on several occasions. Sadly, they failed to do the same when the rented flat they property maintain had a toilet blockage. They have left me 8 days without a working toilet, not returned any calls, sent out a Plumber who clearly did not have the skills nor the ability to even remove the toilet properly. I would not use this company and suggest others be extremely wary, especially when they boast they are responsible for the maintenance.

GoogleI had such a great experience working with Karan and Will in Notting Hill. Karan took the time to show me several flats until he understood exactly what I was looking for, then showed me the flat of my dreams (that wasn't on the market yet)! He was really knowledgeable about all the properties and the area and gave great advice and recommendations. Will helped facilitate the offer with the landlord and really fought my corner to make sure I was comfortable, making compromises to make both myself and the landlord happy. They kept in close contact to make sure I was kept up to speed on the process and didn't have any questions. Thanks for the great experience, I would highly recommend Foxtons!

Foxtons NH were non-plussed by the disgraceful way the flat was found upon arrival and, toward the end of the tenancy, repeatedly turned up unannounced for viewings with potential tenants, letting themselves in whilst I was home and, on one occasion, in the shower! They simply go though the motions and would appear to have a serious lack of communication between departments and staff. Hey, it's not like any estate agent is doing it for the love of human kind but Foxtons NH really do seem less interested in their clients than most.

GoogleKaran Kumar. What a stud, I mean just read the reviews. But honestly, I relocated to London from Houston, USA and we were in contact a couple weeks beforehand. On the day I arrived, I check into my hotel and was off to meet him in Notting Hill. Over the course of two hours, we saw 6 different flats and I was sold on the last one. He was attentive to closing the let as I wanted it done ASAP. He provided good advice when negotiating with the landlord and was on my side when asking for more. I would recommend him to a friend as I was very skeptical of letting agents coming from the US, but he knows that he's talking about and is genuine.
