GoogleMandy Birring at Foxtons Notting Hill restored my faith in Foxtons. She went that extra mile to help me purchase a property while I was abroad. She helped the seller and myself reach a ‘win win’ situation, she responded to my communication quickly and was always courteous, present and up to date. She was a pleasure to deal with. Based solely on her sincerity, performance and communication skills, I would recommend Foxtons Notting Hill.

GoogleHonestly I was very impressed with Will and the whole team at Foxtons. I have been a landlord for 16 years. Long gone is Foxton’s shady reputation of old. These guys are honest, decent, completely transparent with fees and worked hard to find me the right tenant. I highly recommend the entire team.

GoogleNeil Cunningham and Jose Bailao at Foctons Notting Hill are an impressive team. They found me the perfect short let for my flat in Holland Park whilst I was travelling overseas. I knew I wouldn't have to worry about anything as they were there to take care of whatever needed to be done. They are both very responsive and well organised. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleExcellent, well organised, punctuality... My experience with Foxtons was excellent. I was attended by an agent from the Notting HIll office, Ata, very kind and hardworking, who tried to meet my demands to rent an apartment in the area. Something that I especially liked is the punctuality for the viewings. If I had to look for a rent to flat again, I would definitely contact Foxtons.

GoogleMandy Biring (foxtons) is a super estate agent. She was helpful, kind and was always happy to show me properties even at short notice. She also willingly imparted her expertise to help me understand the buying process and was glad to offer her help at any point. She was great! I liked her because she wasn't pushy at all, and that meant a lot to me.

GoogleTerrible Experience, Have taken money, inventory checked was failed, No hot water for almost two weeks after moving in date. Nobody in responsible. Terrible, Terrible and Terrible. Dont recommend at all.

GoogleI would strongly recommend to avoid dealing with Foxtons in general and this branch in particular. Before signing any lease agreement their staff are extremely nice and responsive. Once you sign the agreement however, all of this changes. They refuse to take your calls, rudely hang up on you and completely disregard any requests that you may make. They are by far the worst rental agency in London.

GoogleExtremely unhelpful and very poor customer service. Not willing to accommodate the tenants at all. They were only thinking about landlord interest and did not once tried to make the process of renting property easier for the tenants. I had a extremely bad experience with them as they refused to hand over the flat keys just because the documents were delayed :( shame
