Me and my friend was viewing properties from many agencies and thank god we finally met Mr. Eduard Popa from Foxtons who was such a time-saver and professional agent for us. He was always thoughtful especially when my English was not so fluent as a foreigner. We were over-nervous with the contract so we raised loads of questions but Eduard was very patient, nice and responsible, as always, to answer those questions one by one in details. I’ve contacted more than five agents in Foxtons and for me Eduard is absolutely the best one, in every aspects.

It was my first time using Foxtons from Vauxhall branch to purchase a new property and I can not fault these guys. Particularly Nam Nguyen who was exceptional. He exceeded my expaction by a mile and he was always ponctual and professional. He always gave us lots of options and took time to show it to us without rushing us around. If you want a estate agent who is really interested in helping you find the right property, get in touch with Vauxhall Branch and ask for Nam.

I recently bought a house through Foxtons and was blown away by the service I received! My wife and I worked with Isabel Guerresi who clearly took her job and responsibility in finding my families new home very seriously. Being new to London and the UK property purchasing process it was great having someone we really trusted and could rely on helping us both find the right property but also helping us understand what we should be looking for and OUT for while buying our home. I would absolutely use Isabel next time we buy or sell a property in London!

Hassan Zaini at Foxtons definitely went above and beyond his job. He fully understood our requirements and the tight time scale that we were working to. It was a challenging task and with his expertise, timely communication and care skills we met the deadline. “5 stars” really isn't enough to give it to him With his help we managed to close on a beautiful flat that we love, and could not have been happier with our experiences with Foxtons. During these 3-4 months joint communication he provided us a high quality, professional and expert service which finally resulted in sale of our property. I bought my first property in Central Londom through Foxtons Pimlico and Sigita Mickeviciute was very helpful in finding a good apartment for me. It was quite a challenging task as I had a very specific preference; however, she identified my requirements and managed to find a very good deal for me, which in my opinion I really wouldn't have got from other estate agents. When I told Sigita that this is my first home, she took it very personal and worked tirelessly everyday to find the best deal Foxtons had to offer. As I was on a very busy schedule at the time, her persistent research and viewing arrangements with me really helped me out a lot and saved a lot of time for everyone. I anticipated the exchange to get delayed due to various solcitor issues prevailing at the time; however, she oversaw the whole exchange and was very helpful in every way to make it a smooth transaction. Therefore, I genuinely recommend Sigita in Foxtons Pimlico to anyone who wishes to buy or sell their property. She has excellent customer service skills.

Foxtons Pimlico, especially Gillian and the rest of the team were really great with the sale of my property. They had lots of buyers and really managed the sale from start to finish. I bought a flat with the help of Isabel Guerresi in November last year, she made a process that i find extremely dull & monotonous pleasant. She was a pleasure to deal with, moved heaven and earth to accommodate my rather hectic schedule, listened to my feedback and presented appropriate properties for my needs. The flat that I ended up buying, I perhaps would not have even viewed where it just for the details, but she assured me it fitted the bill and she was right! My feedback is nothing but excellent. I recently sold my Mansion Flat in Victoria through the Foxtons Pimlico office. They quickly took the initiative and multiple viewings were arranged from their expert local knowledge and client base even before the property particulars appeared online. They were streets ahead of competing agencies not only in terms of speed, but in quality and volume of potential buyers. The result was an offer above asking price within two days of viewings commencing. The post acceptance period up until completion was also very smooth and while my own personal circumstances were challenging at the time the team at Foxtons, particularly Gillian, kept me fully informed and engaged, all leading to a successful closing. Genuinely an outstanding experience.

Genuinely the worst experience I have ever made while working with anyone in my whole life. I have lived in Germany, the Netherlands, Canada and London and the experience I have had with Foxtons is amoungst the worst experiences of my life. The incompetence of the letting agents is paired with an unwillingness of the company to do anything for their customers. We were rented an appartment, however, everything which was promised to us was a lie. The minute after we signed the renting contract the lettings agent Stella Krizanec did not respond to our messages anymore. She truly made the experience of living in London worse for us and I do not understand how Foxtons can employ people like that. The problem is that this is the business model that Foxtons uses to scam people and make profit for the shareholders. Actively discourage people from using Foxtons. I have added pictures of the flat we rented. Foxtons has shown us pictures which were old when the flat still looked good. However, the place we moved into, was a complete mess.
