With the recent move from New Zealand my Husband and I already had a lot on our plate. Liam Horbaczewski at Foxton Pimlico made the process to find our new rental accomodation an absolute dream. I had a wonderful experience renting a flat through Foxtons Pimlico thanks to the help of Liam Horbaczewski. Looking for flats can be an exhausting and hopeless process, but with Liam it never felt easier. Me and my partner were looking for flats and we were going to view a flat that went off the market. Liam shared this with us but very shortly after he was able to find another place that we were able to go view within the same day. I was using this agency to find me new flat with Carlos Calheiros. He helped me to find a suitable apartment and was super responsive with all my questions. He provided answer in a timely manner and I got all the information I needed about the process of renting. The agent Carlos is literally a fraud. Lied to me about almost half of the stuff before moving in. When I contacted him afterwards he stopped replying to me. Definitely remove him from the job. Some policies of the agency are not tenant friendly at all by which the landlord takes advantage but some manager over here Emma she is a very sweet and helpful. The only one star goes to her. Other then her help everything is zero.

I would avoid using this branch of Foxtons for any rental. The management of the flats is negligible. Our manager was Lucja Nowicka, who is lazy and lied about our deposit being returned. Lucja has not engaged in any conversations and prefers to ignore all communication. Lucja and her team are a shocking representation of the agency and we are having to raise a dispute claim.

Definitely not recommend this company as your service provider. I’m a previous customer of Foxtons, I’m an international student, here’s my experience. From the beginning when I take over the contract from the previous tenant, one of foxtons employees promised lots of things to me (and the previous tenant) but none of them were true, he just procrastinated on the whole process, even me and that tenant none stop rush him, he still make everything finished on the day I moved in. After I moved in, that employee (Benjamin) just disappeared. He quit his job. Left the whole mess to me and my property manager. He lied about my break clause time and bill payment responsibility as well as the furniture and facilities in the place. So I’ve been forced to pay 3 months rent more than I should. Until now no one can give me a reasonable explanation. Put all the broken and dirty things (a wall is covered by the smoke ashes) in the place on the side, after I moved out, it’s been almost 3 months, no one give me my deposit back even charge me £855 for that shelter. The more ridiculous thing is Foxtons website is totally died, I can’t do anything either agree or disagree with any of the charges. I personally believe they just want to procrastinate on this and until the day that dispute period passes, they just take my money happily. Now I’m living outside of the UK, Foxtons totally stopped doing anything about my case. I got more than £3000 in their account but no one help me at all. Charge me £405 for removal nothing 😅 ridiculous, a room just 25 m3 need £405? Tell me where’s this company I’ll definitely go work for them. £405/hour, what a perfect payment!!!!!! If you wanna risk your money and mental health, go ahead. Cause even you sleep with the fire alarm ringing 24/7 they don’t care.

The level of hard work and commitment that Louis and Harry demonstrated throughout was amazing. We had so many viewings and their expert knowledge of the property and the area helped to attract multiple interest to our property and both of our offers were as a result of their extremely hard work. We cannot thank you enough. If you have a property in Pimlico or the surrounding area that needs selling, stick with Foxtons, they are expensive but outstanding service and expertise does not come for free.
