ANGELIKA, ANGELIKA, ANGELIKA. I can not speak highly enough of the breathtaking speed this wonderful human replied, processed and cadenced information (I don’t say this lightly, in the rental market, often agents don’t have the Sam incentive to reply at pace or feel as invested in your property journey as they do when one buys). I went from viewing to confirmed signed approved within a week. Viewings were made at a time that suited me, and when that didn’t Angelika worked her day to ensure I was happy. Foxtons, your simpler online process, forms and no nonsense approach left me a little taken aback, but more importantly in Angelika - you have a star!

Liam is absolutely fantastic! I met him over phone on a Saturday morning when I was very stressed about finding a place to live, and within the day he'd found the place I ended up taking. He spent time to find the flat that worked for me, and he was always around to answer questions throughout the search/offer/signing process. Extremely good service. When faced with trying to find a property in a very s hort period of time, Liam was extremely helpful. Was constantly messaging and calling with updates. We had some finance issues but Liam contacted the landlord directly and pushed our case for us and we eventually secured the flat we wanted thanks to him.

Don't rent from Foxtons. An agency that protects landlords and not tenants, even when the landlord breaches contract, foxtons does nothing to protect the tenant. 1) Rented a flat for a year, flat was dirty when I arrived: floors dirty, mildew and mould in the bathroom, bags of trash left in the kitchen from previous tenant, sofa stained dusty and smelly etc. It hadn't been checked by Foxtons before starting my tenancy. I had to book another night of hotel to give myself the chance to clean it up a bit, which Foxtons promised to pay back but failed to do. After a few days, Foxtons sent a prof cleaning service to clean, however they did not clean out the fridge freezer, left mould in the bathroom etc. I found my own cleaner to clean it, who discovered that lampshades that looked black were actually silver, that's the amount of dust they had on them. 2) Broken appliances such as fridge, oven and dishwasher were reported within the first month of tenancy but took 9 months to be replaced due to landlord not replying. Foxtons has no policy to protect tenants from this. 3) A list of smaller faults and broken furniture pieces were sent to Foxtons at the start of the tenancy, yet nothing was done about them and this was not put in any place description at the start of my tenancy. Foxtons doesn't oblige place descriptions, meaning any faults can come back to the tenant, even though they existed before your tenancy. 4) When I left, I made sure everything was cleaned as I didn't wish my experience on any other tenant. I had the choice of getting a prof clean myself or get one from Foxtons. I chose my own cleaner as she did a better job at the start. Foxtons then deducted 285 GBP from my deposit for a prof cleaning service, without notifying me that this was going to happen or the reasons why. Poor service and communication towards tenants overall. If you're thinking of becoming a landlord, you've you've probably found yourself a letting agent that will protect you no matter what. Will never rent from Foxtons again.

I recently bought a house through Foxtons and was blown away by the service I received! My wife and I worked with Isabel Guerresi who clearly took her job and responsibility in finding my families new home very seriously. Being new to London and the UK property purchasing process it was great having someone we really trusted and could rely on helping us both find the right property but also helping us understand what we should be looking for and OUT for while buying our home. I addressed Danielle Glance when I started looking for an apartment as my tenancy was about to expire. After a quick chat, explaining my situation and what I was looking for, Danielle worked tirelessly to find me many options to choose from, bearing in mind my requirements and the things that I liked. Apartment viewings can be quite exhausting but Danielle always had a smile on her face and always came up with different apartments and suggestions, also showing me the ones that I asked to view. She eventually found an apartment that would suit me perfectly and I made an offer. I couldn't have had a better agent, she remained incredibly helpful and available at all times, especially with all the details regarding the payment and the tenancy agreement. Overall, Foxtons provided an excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Danielle as an amazing agent to find your dream house.

Me and my friend was viewing properties from many agencies and thank god we finally met Mr. Eduard Popa from Foxtons who was such a time-saver and professional agent for us. He was always thoughtful especially when my English was not so fluent as a foreigner.
