GoogleIt’s the best in the UK, amazing employees and so friendly, especially Eduard Popa he was so understanding and helpful, and this is not my first time to deal with Foxtons and won’t be the last for sure.
Thank you for the great feedback Abdullah. We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the service provided.

GoogleI would give 0 stars if I could. The worst letting and property management company in the world. Do not trust them. They will not help you with anything and have the worst customer service.

GoogleA quick note to share my positive feedback on Louise at Foxtons Pimlico. She was very professional, helpful and responsive in finding several tenants interested in the flat. Ana was also very kind in helping with the property delivery final arrangements. Highly recommend them!

GoogleLiam was incredible! I was able to find a flat really quickly, he was super proactive and helpful, and we had a good laugh together! He took all of my requirements into consideration and immediately sent available options. If you are looking for a place, Liam is your way to go!

GoogleVery poor service. One of those places where they are super friendly and helpful at the start, once they get the sale done, they don’t reply to emails. When entering the house - I didn’t get the inventory confirmed until I was already in the house, so I had brought things that where already in the house, and didn’t bring other that were not included). Obviously they did not take responsibility for any of this. When leaving the house - they didn’t reply my checkout emails for over 15 days... Avoid them. There are plenty of more decent agencies around.
Hi there, we are very sorry to hear you feel this way. Our inventories are conducted by external companies, so we apologise for any delay you had with this. Please could you contact us on the following email address with your details so we can take a look into your checkout for you? - Social@foxtons.co.uk Thank you.

GoogleI want to say a big thank you to Liam H. For all his help, support and making me feel right at home with my big move! Thank you Liam

GoogleI purchased a property through Foxtons Pimlico with the help of Isabel Guerresi. Isabel was very approachable and easy to contact throughout the process. We had a lot of trouble with inefficient solicitors during the purchase on both sides and she would work tirelessly to coordinate them to ensure exchange and completion happened in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend working with her if purchasing a property within her area.

GoogleA big thank you to Giuseppe for helping me find a property last minute. Giuseppe was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Foxtons also has a good range of properties to choose from.
Thank you for your review Valeriya.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience working with Antonio Dibello at Foxton's Pimlico & Westminster to find a flat before beginning a Master's program in London. He made the process very efficient and easy - I was approved for the flat I wanted within a day. I also really appreciated the time he took to make sure I understood the London rental process, which was new to me moving from the US. Even though I was looking for less expensive places as a student, he never made me feel rushed or less important. Overall a great experience!
Thank you for your review Emma, we're pleased to know that Antonio was able to make your property search as smooth and stress free as possible. Best wishes to you in your move to London!

GoogleWe have had a fantastic experience with our agent Angelika Bielak. If we could give her 10 stars, we would! She has been amazing before, during, and even after the process of renting a beautiful flat with a great view of the river - such a thorough commitment is absolutely exceptional! Right from the beginning, she perfectly understood our needs and selected a portfolio of properties to show us. She prepared all the information about each property well in advance, and was ready to allay any concern about the renting process. She was also always very responsive by email or text, and definitely went the extra mile to make the process as smooth and streamlined as possible. She is very competent, enthusiastic about her job (we cheered all together when our offer was accepted!), and always greets you with a smile. We couldn’t recommend her more. Pierpaolo & Silvia
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are delighted to read that Angelika has been so helpful and understanding during your search for the perfect rental property. Best wishes in your new home!

GoogleReally poor from Foxtons, was spoken to disgracefully by an agent, telling me the property needs a 2 year lease and then hounded at by the agent. Mailed the CEO to have another staff member ring me!Avoid these rouge agents!
Hi AA A, We apologize for your experience with Foxtons Pimlico & Westminster Estate Agents. We take client complaints extremely seriously and always investigate them fully; please do reach out to “social@foxtons.co.uk” so we can investigate this matter further. Best, Sophie

GoogleThanks very much Anjelica Bielak for her help in renting an apartment. Anjelica is a real professional in the rental business, understanding it in depth. She is a trustful person and a very well-articulated person. I will be glad to deal with you and Foxton agency again Smolar

GoogleI recently worked with Foxtons to find a new property, and Liam from the Pimlico office made the entire process an absolute pleasure. Despite my particular requirements, he consistently found properties that matched my needs, offering thoughtful advice and demonstrating genuine care in helping me secure a home I’m truly happy with - he is also a pleasant person to be around!

GoogleLiam went above and beyond in every aspect to find us a new home and we cannot thank him enough. He was always so kind and trustworthy, and made this process as smooth as possible despite the short time-frame. Thank you again !

GoogleAna Sampaio was brilliant, did everything she possibly could to help me find a place. So dedicated and considered, I would recommend going to Foxtons if you're looking anywhere in London.

GoogleAntonio was quick and well organised in arranging a rental at short notice. He ensured that the place was professionally cleaned and came with all the essentials. His assistance was well appreciated.
This is wonderful news, thank you for sharing!

GoogleI highly recommend Eduard Popa from Foxtons Pimlico, who did an excellent job in finding us an apartment to rent near Victoria that perfectly matched our criteria. He was very keen to show me also a lot of other diverse options in the area, all of them having very good rates. It was a pleasure to work with him, and with Foxtons in general.

Google0 Star if I can. When I first moved in the property was not cleaned and filled with old tenants dirty items. Foxton refused to bring any cleaners in for the next 3 days. When there are damages in the house, the landlord was very slow to respond and try to blame you for the negligence. Agent made you feel pressurise.Terrible service! Please avoid....

GoogleLiam was very attentive and kept us up to date with everything that was going on and help convince the landlords to take us as tenants. Definitely wouldn't have gotten the flat we have without him
