GoogleFive stars aren’t enough to rate the outstanding experience my wife and I had from Nick Wiley and Angus Brown at the Foxtons Pimlico and Westminster office when purchasing a beautiful property in the area. They and their colleagues were incredibly friendly and helpful, going far above and beyond to assist where needed throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

GoogleI recently rented an apartment with assistance from Foxtons' associate, Jake Evans. It was an outstanding experience throughout the process where Jake truly went the extra mile to make me feel at ease. I believe that I wasn't the easiest client, but Jake remained patient and helped me any request that I had.

GoogleFoxton helped us to sell our flat in Pimlico. Even under current market condition (Brexit), the whole process went very smoothly. We would really appreciate the effort from Nick, he was extremely helpful during the process. He helped us communicating with buyer side and speed up the sales. I couldn't recommend him any further!

GoogleI was looking for a rental and in the end I didn’t make one, but I wanted to give some feedback to help others. If you look for a short term rental, be a little bit careful what you accept. They will probably tell you they don’t do viewings on short term rentals, and it’s “like airbnb”. Well, it’s not really like Airbnb because there’s no feedback system. They are free to sell you in whatever manner they wish in order to make a sale, and once they have your money there’s not a lot you can do. They will tell you that the flat is in good condition, but they won’t guarantee it at all. Behind the scenes, there is a foxtons branch that has the keys and then there is the rep that wants to make the sale, who might be at a different branch. You will have a better chance of seeing the place before renting if you go to the closest branch. Otherwise the rep might not want to make the trip. So, by all means rent from Foxtons but do your homework and remember it’s not “like airbnb”.
