GoogleI wouldn't have had a roof over my head if it wasn't for Ana Sampaio. I was in a rush to find a new place with a one-week deadline. She met me briefly for one viewing which didn't work out. I assumed that, like the rest of my experience with different agencies, she wouldn't reach out with more options after this one viewing. But the MINUTE a new flat (that fit all my needs and most of my wants) popped up, she messaged and called me and told me she 'thought of me immediately'. She showed every detail of the flat which a new renter like me would've missed and guided me through each and every step of the renting process. I don't usually post reviews but she was SO amazing and helpful. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone, and Foxtons' entire team really for making this happen.

GoogleWORST COMPANY EVER, If you look at reviews the only reason they have good reviews is people that had good viewings experience! everything is good until you signed the contract. Dodgy in everything they do, avoid at all cost. I wish I looked into them when looking for properties in London. If you just ask around about « Foxtons » you will get the same answer, they literally are the worst. I was paying 750/week for 1 year and six month with them. Paying 6month upfront every six months (19’500) Yet very poor management. Took months to change an oven. Then they put some cheap oven that breaks within two month then, as you guess long time to fix it. I complained about mould in may 2022, they paint over the mould the day my tenancy ends in order to organise viewings. Now worst, they want to scam me out of my deposit. Claiming I have to pay 450£ to replace half a tile that was already broken, even though I sent them the picture of the moving in inventory showing the crack, the property manager, Ella did not answer me concerning that tile, it has been more than a week. They purposefully created a shadow over the crack in the living in inventory ( that you still can see when you zoom in. ) They want to charge 150£ to change a lightbulb ? 216£ for a kitchen bulb and 540£ for a chess of draw that missed a drawer. I asked for justification of those cost as I couldn’t see a single light bulb of that design costing more than 10£, still have no answers, ella( property manager) claimed that she would chase the landlord for an explanation of the cost, then she tells me on following emails that she hasn’t done the inventory but EHG home, emailed her about those costs. Yet after one week of chasing they can’t explain the cost! As you understand when you have an issue with them, just seek legal advice as their behaviour will just show you that they are careless and have no ethical policy in this company. You will try to have a conversation and all they will do is waste your time. Concerning the mould they just covered it with painting without fixing ventilation issue in the bathroom, next tenant of that property will probably end up with the same issues!

GoogleI needed a short term lease in a very short timeframe and Giuseppe Figlioli with Foxtons came through for me. With a market that moves quickly, Giuseppe ensured I got something in time to my deadline, had it professionally cleaned with basic amenities in place, and followed up on every question I had to get settled. Definitely recommend Foxtons and Giuseppe as they provided top notch customer service! #happy

I deal with Angelika Bielak - she is a great professional and understand my needs, always in touch and even when it was so hard to find a flat she helped me very quickly. They got me my 1st flat (despite another agency told me that it’s not on the market - they didn't shown my offer, but Foxtons did!) And Angelica Bielak helped me to find my 2nd flat, with a great price considering the market at that moment and very spacious!) Also, Angelika Bielak provided me with a great options when I was looking for a flat for my friends. Highly recommend! <3

GoogleMy experience with Foxtons has been a great one from my first meeting with Nicholas Wiley, the office manager to the strong sale of my flat, achieved at speed by Pimlico negotiator Jamie Gallagher. I have been very impressed with Jamie's professionalism and indeed that of the whole Pimlico team.
