GoogleAs a landlord use anyone except them: I cannot express how useless, incompetent and disorganised these people are. As a landlord they are great at taking your money for doing nothing but if you want anything done they are lazy, disorganised and completely incompetent!

GoogleHonestly the worst experience ever happened to my friend and she is still struggling with them to refund her the money. They gave her an apartment in Westminster with no heating and bad insulation and when she asked for another apartment they said no and they kept wasting her time for more than 2 weeks with no refund! I don't recommend this place to anyone expensive and unprofessional

GoogleVery difficult to get through to a branch as you get directed to a general HQ number, but noone answers for long periods. It can be frustrating at times, especially when their website has not been able to process a payment, and you are forced to call them to resolve the issue.

GoogleGiuseppe Figlioli & Foxtons helped me find an apartment in London whilst I was still overseas, within days. Despite the time difference, he was always responsive to emails/calls. Highly recommended

GoogleI would award zero stars if I could. On top of falsely claiming myself and my partner were in rent arrears after we'd moved out of the property and paid all rent, they failed to pass on rent to our landlord for months. Poor service for landlords and tenants alike!

GoogleThe worst agency ever. They arranged a viewing of the apartment, agent was late and he couldn't get into the apartment. He called office and turned out they had the same problem with the lock previous day. I ended up going all the way to pimlico and back for nothing. What is more they have never contacted me again regarding this or other properties.

GoogleBought a flat via Gillian McCurrach back in 2014 and been in touch since then for further investment ideas, revaluation of prices and for her to recommend me to her rental colleagues. Also recommended a friend to her who she looked after. Would say the Pimlico branch of Foxtons is highly responsive and in tune to customer needs.

GoogleAs a buying agent, I deal with estate agents all the time. Some are good while some are less so. My experience with Joe (the manager) and Isabel (the negotiator) was an excellent one. They were both professional, diligent, polite, punctual and efficient. My client, who bought in Ashley Gardens, was happy and so was I. Well done.
