GoogleExcellent service for buying my first flat. Tom went above and beyond and communication was excellent. Definitely made the whole experience more enjoyable and less stressful.

GoogleIt's been the worst experience in my life so far with an estate agency. I've moved to the property almost two months now with terrible maintenance issues that are threatening our own safety living in the house. The communication with the property management has been horrific so far and our emails have been ignored completely. Do you think foxtons can rent properties with broken oven, Windows that they're not closing at all, broken fridges and wardrobes almost ready to collapse? At least unacceptable! If there was an option for a zero star review,/ it would be all yours!!!

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Morgen and Matthew today - I kid you not, I had a call in the morning to discuss an ideal property for me based on my parameters - and by 3pm the entire deal was completed and I had got through the tenancy agreement, all docs signed and in order and effectively my dream place sorted within hours. I have never experienced a service like this in my many years of renting. Genuinely flawless service by both. Thank you again team!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCan't praise the Foxtons team highly enough - particularly Brad and Toni. They secured a rapid sale to a good buyer and then never dropped the ball through a long and sometimes frustrating process post-offer. I was really glad to have their support. Thanks, team!

GoogleWent around with Poppy to look at some apartments as we are in a big rush to move in 2 weeks! She was absolutely amazing, she was fun, understanding, easy to talk to, like a ray of sunshine! Although we already found a place, but next time we have to move again, will definietly contact Poppy again!!

GoogleTerrible agency. Ruthless, pressure you into signing a lease, supply you with misleading videos/pictures. I’ve dealt positively with Foxtons at LBridge before but this group were shocking. Staff unhelpful, very junior, very driven to “Foxtons” and no compassion nor understanding. Would never recommend nor would use again - there are far better other agencies in the area.

GoogleI’ve recently had an excellent experience dealing with Tom Conlon! We have found Tom to be super helpful and knowledgable of the local area, he has taken on board all of our needs and specifications for the house we’re looking for! Would highly recommend going to him if you’re looking to purchase in the Earlsfield area.

GoogleWe have been working with Poppy over the past few weeks. She could not be more helpful or communicative. Her approach is consultative and transparent so you can have a very open and realistic conversation with her. Thank you for your support so far Poppy. Thanks also for waiting with us outside a property whilst we waited for another agent to arrive, so we weren't waiting on our own!

GoogleAgent was meant to meet us at a property but hadn't told us where. When we rang 2 hours before the appointment to find out where we were meeting, we were informed that our agent had in fact gone home early that day!

GoogleLaura Joyce from Earlsfield Fixtons was excellent in helping me to try and find a suitable property for myself. We did end up finding a property elsewhere however she and her team were excellent in understanding what we wanted and worked very fast.
