GoogleDespite the fact that Foxtons came onboard 2 weeks later, Liz Nowak found me tenants pretty quick. I found she is very professional, quick in responses and effective in communications. She's able to put herself into both the tenants and the landlords' shoes and find creative ways to bridge any gaps. GoogleMy experience of Foxtons has consistently been that of pulling teeth. They are fairly professional and helpful when you talk to them but the amount of phone calls, emails and talks to get anything done is absurd. At every point they drag their feet and wait for you to contact them despite repeatedly saying they will contact you.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleWe were assisted by Rupert Greig to sell our Earlsfield house. It was complicated by the fact that we live in Asia. Rupert, "got it" and understood that he would need to fill in the blanks for us, as we were not really across anything in detail. She is always contactable and takes her time to understand exactly what you are looking for- which has resulted in me living in two great properties.
