GoogleWe had a proactive and professional valuation and marketing service from Frank Wilson (manager Earlsfield Office) who co-ordinated teams from about 6 offices across London in their efforts to sell our Wandsworth family house in a very difficult and turbulent market. Their advice was data backed and I felt informed throughout the process. Although ultimately Foxtons didn't manage to get the sale, I would have no hesitation in recommending Frank and his team.

GoogleAsha Ludwig was absolutely amazing. She really cared and put every effort into finding the perfect home for me and my family. She was available whenever I needed her and really made me feel like I was not just a number in the rental rat race. I would highly recommend Earlsfield branch and if you lucky enough to have Asha as your agent, you would definitely have hit jackpot

GoogleSophie at the Earlsfield office couldn't have been more helpful! My wife and I were starting our search for property in the area, but didn't have much of an idea about the local market. Sophie was a fountain of knowledge, gave us loads of advice at every step and put us in touch with contacts at various Foxtons branches to make sure we had all the options and guidance laid out! Make sure to touch base with Sophie if you're buying or selling in the area!

GoogleI have been looking for a property because my daughter is moving to a new school. I have to say that lately the market is crazy, expenses rent and low quality houses, and the agent are not professional at all. Finally today I found Muhammad on my way, this guy rocks, professional, clear, no waste of time and the quality of the properties is fair compering with the rent they are looking for. I should have use Foxtons early and do not waste my time with other companies. Thanks Muhammed

GoogleI just wanted to thank Frank Wilson and the team at Foxtons Earlsfield for getting the sale of our house finalised. We had given up any hope of selling the property for a reasonable price by the time we came to you, having had two large agents fail to generate any interest. We decided to market through Foxtons with a belief that we would end up taking it off the market at Christmas and then looking at trying again in Spring. To secure an acceptable offer within a few weeks was beyond our wildest dreams and a tribute to your selling power and the wide reach of Foxtons. Your support through the final negotiations was also really helpful and I think we have arrived at an optimal solution all-round. Great job!.

GoogleI was shown round a property by Morgen. Morgen was on time to the viewing and was professional yet personable while showing the property, having all of the answers to any questions I had. Morgen gave me excellent advice on the next steps and made sure the information was passed on quickly and effectively. Sophie Hunter was in touch within the hour to ask for more details, she was lovely on the phone and didn't rush us for information. She then passed the information onto the landlord and we had our offer accepted 90 minutes after viewing the property. It has been the smoothest experience of renting I have ever had and I would highly recommend Foxtons Earlsfield branch. Thank you Morgen and Sophie for all of your help!

GoogleWe sold our flat through Foxtons in Earlsfield in London. During the process we dealt with their branch Sales Manager Rupert Greg who was extremely helpful and kind. We got along very well with him and developed a good rapport. The process of exchange and completion was a bit arduous but Rupert was constantly keeping us updated on proceedings. We got a good price for our flat through Foxtons and were happy with their service. If you live in the area and want to sell your property, Rupert at Foxtons in Earlsfield is the man to see.

GoogleRupert and his team at Foxtons in Earlsfield are fantastic. Above all else, they communicate extremely well, which is so important whether you're tying to buy or sell with them. They call you back, they email you, they do what they say they will. You don't have to chase them, you are not left waiting for an answer. This seems like common sense but of all the estate agents I've bought and sold through Rupert and his team are the only ones who really deliver on this front. Aside from that they are extremely polite and punctual. I thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleVery impressive service both from Foxtons Earlsfield, and in particular Jack Rowe, who was prepared to go the extra mile to find us our ideal property. Unlike the majority of agents, we were provided with a tailored service from the moment of first contact. Jack listened to our needs and soon lined up a number of properties that matched our criteria. His flexibility with viewings and thorough follow-up set him apart from from the crowd. I know who I'll be contacting first when I next come to buy! Keep up the good work guys!

GoogleRupert and his team sold my flat for me. He did a very professional job of selling a place that another local agent had struggled to sell in a flattening market. Service and attention to detail a cut above other agents, and proactive in trying to find me the right place to move on to. Friendly but straight talking, which I valued. Worth the extra money in terms of foxtons commission? Worked for me, think he bought in enough price wise to exceed the extra commission.

GoogleWorst service I have ever received. Went for viewings and found a house within a day and agreed a move in date. Soon after my negotiators communisation becaame terribly poor and after confronting her about it she still didn’t think it was appropriate to give myself and my house mate an apology. Rather she told us she was busy with work as if we weren’t now clients too. She even went further to tell us when she is free for US to call HER and said if anybody shouts at her on the phone she will hang up on us?? Move in day comes and part of what was agreed was a professional clean. We didn’t get this. Nothing close to it. One of the agents Comes and gives me the keys knowing full well just how horrible the property was and allowed me to waste my time moving my stuff into to a disgustingly kept property. So full of junk and clothes and spoiled food and dirty dishes and cat food and poop that we could not move in. 4:30pm of the same day and cleaners are still scrubbing down the house while both my flat mate and I accompany them because they are just not moving fast enough for Us to move in and move on with our lives. We both have no mattresses to sleep on and doubt we will by tonight. I was told to buy my own mattress and I would be reimbursed within 5 days. Why is it acceptable for them to fall short of all expectation and we are here cleaning up a house that should have been clean and running around to buy mattresses that should have been bought? The property is even managed by foxtons and not the landlord. I’m so highly disappointed and to make matters worse not a single member of their team showed up to this property today! Shows how much they care about clients. I advise you stay far far away from these ones.

She has the loveliest personality and made me feel like we’re just two friends helping each other find the best flat.

GoogleWe were looking for a place to let. Most of the agents wants to show you the properties that they want you to rent. Not Sophie McLaughlin. She defintely understood our needs and tried to search for flats that we could be interested in. The process to find out a place to rent or buy is not easy. You have to deal with different feelings and desires and Sophie was really kind and professional during the whole process.

Angus took me around for a couple of viewings, and he was equally professional, personable, and really helpful in answering my many questions. Thanks both, appreciate the hard work.
