GoogleRupert at Foxtons, Earlsfield was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our transaction wasn't straight forward and we were under offer for 18 months. Despite this Rupert showed great patience and tenacity in getting the deal across the line. Most importantly Rupert was honest and a great communicator, so we never felt out of the picture.

GoogleFoxtons Earlsfield handled the sale of our house very efficiently. I wasn’t convinced at first that the service they provide could possibly be worth paying the commission for and we had originally put our house on the market with an online agent. However, since switching to Foxtons, Rupert and his team worked steadfastly to bring our sale to completion.

GoogleHelen-Louise was an excellent agent. Knew exactly what I liked, and tailored viewings around that. Always went the extra mile, proactive with new properties I might like and super hardworking. Always very accommodating to late evenings and easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommend getting in touch with her if you’re looking in the area.

GoogleEmily was great in helping us find our new place. Even though we had our problems (not Laura's fault, landlord wanted to sell) we got there in the end. Laura was most helpful till the very end, picked up what we wanted straight away and was very flexible on meeting and showing us properties. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

GoogleHeld visits of my property without my permission. Took commission fees and charges of over £7000 for a tenancy that I cancelled in writing, which they said they would pay back. Still have not been reimbursed. Also charged for management fees, for which I never agreed upon. Foxtons charged the tenants rent and took deposits totalling over 4000£ , full well knowing that I had cancelled the tenancy. Furthermore holding the money for 2 months before finally if informing the tenants that the agreement would not be going ahead, loosing them two months of flat searching. Can only assume are in financial difficulties, as withholding money.. The agents ignore your calls and emails.

GoogleReally bad experience using Foxtons. The most expensive and most unprofessional agency in the area. Landlords, avoid them, in particular Laura Joyce. She was dishonest, deceiving and uncaring. There should be a law against people who cheat and lie to get your business.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIf I can find less than a star I will do it, bad customer service and the staff are rude, you will think foxtons is a big thing, but believe me it is very bad and the staff think they are something, when you text the staff about something you got ignored and never reply. I don't advise anyone to deal with foxtons

GoogleMy girlfriend and I are currently buying through Foxtons Earlsfield, and they’ve been great every step of the way. Tom, who took us around our new property has been amazing. Personable, transparent and just a good human! Being new to the property ladder, the whole process can be very daunting. Tom has made the whole experience enjoyable and it’s been a pleasure to have him on side through this whole process. I’d highly recommend this Foxtons branch to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleVery bad service, terrible staff you feel they show off too much and you think foxtons is something big, but believe me it is not what people thinks, it is just the name and the look from outside, but from inside is very bad. Staff are very rude, ignore your messages and never reply. I don't advise anyone to use foxtons
