I was recently looking for a place with my partner, and I came across some properties listed from this agency. Emi, a very friendly and professional individual from the Streatham Hill branch planned and took me on some viewings, which was very smooth and enjoyable, and even though we did not find a place on our first set of viewings, Emi still looked out for other properties on the radar and recommended them to us in the next few days. Unfortunately we did not find a place with this agency in the end, although this was the best experience I’d ever had with an agency. Thank you Emi!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Can the words "special" and "estate agent" hang together comfortably in the same sentence?? Definitely!! Because the adjective could not be more apposite than when attributed to Foxtons' Gary Cooper. 😃 Had lockdown not been in the way we would probably have been the new "kids' on the block by now, sitting pretty in South London. However life is what happens to you when you're trying to buy the house of your dreams. For months on end we have all had to exercise patience and restraint. But while the pandemic has raged we have actually discovered where we should be heading, because you put us on the right path! For that we can't thank you enough. You were handed a tough brief and faced endless questioning and uncertainties, but nothing was ever too much trouble for you! Our warmest thanks go out to you for your kindness, empathy, professional attention to detail, and for thinking out of the box to expand our buying possibilities. You taught us to understand what shape our new home should take, and for that we shall be forever grateful. Excitement is at last building again and we just can't wait to start booking some viewings. All our very best wishes, Gary, from Allen and Lorraine

My partner and I have worked with a number of estate agents in our time looking for our new home. Most of them were decent, with a few being just too pushy and not at all considerate of our actual requirements. When we rolled up to work with Foxton's in Streatham we met Emi. Emi took us on a full day of viewings; we had 6 properties lined up with the majority of the leg work being performed by Emi herself, taking into account our requirements, our budget and our preferences. All the properties she showed us were, in one way or another, very much to our specifications. By the end of the day we had found the place we wanted, we made an offer and Emi was simply fantastic throughout. She really went above and beyond to meet our needs, she didn't try to push or sell or manage any negative musings we had on a property. We felt heard, our specifications understood, and our needs were taken on board; it was refreshing how genuine she was, and we both felt that Emi really tried to get to know us. We ended up having a lot of fun looking for a place with Emi as she was vibrant, understanding and driven. My partner and I would definitely recommend FOXTONS in Streatham, and if requesting a particular agent is even possible - ask for Emi. You won't regret it.

Bought a house through Gary from Foxtons. Being a first time buyer Gary was always very responsive and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was very good at pointing me in the right direction when there was something on my end to complete to keep the process moving. In all the process was very smooth with the purchase taking just a couple of months tops to go through. Would highly recommendPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Liz has been incredibly helpful, She has taken time to find us properties that match our criteria perfectly and has been incredibly patient with us especially during viewings, she spends time answering all your questions, rather than rushing you through the process. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Really poor experience from the perspective of selling a property for the following reasons: 1. They had my property on their books for 9 weeks, and in that time brought 6 buyers through the door - their job is to get serious buyers through the door. 2. They would arrange appointments with minimal notice - my agreement when I listed my property with Streatham was receive notice the evening before a viewing. 3. Of the four different agents that booked viewings with me only one phoned me to provide feedback. 4. Upon cancelling my agreement with Foxtons and requesting that the sign be removed from outside my property it has so far taken Foxtons 4 days to remove it, it's still outside my property. 5. After initially signing, the team I signed with showed very little interest in my account until I emailed to cancel naming the agent. After that I received a call within about 20 minutes. Cancelled my agreement with Foxtons as soon as possible and will relist with a more interested and proactive agent.

Gary helped us find our first house in London. He gave us some really good options within our price range and was really professional all the way through. He was not pushy in anyway, just gave us the freedom to make our own decisions. He also handled the vendors really well throughout the process as they were urgently trying to sell. We still needed to sell our flat post accepting our offer so he did really well giving the vendors confidence to hold onto our offer. We are now living in and loving our house thanks to Gary and Dinishka!

Writing this on behalf of my girlfriend who got the opportunity of meeting Jeya and doing some house viewings. Jeya was professional and polite and friendly and although we didn’t end up finding a place with her she helped my girlfriend make the right decision with the other houses she had seen with other estate agents. Went out of her way to help what is such a stressful process the right choice. Thanks so much Jeya will definitely recommend you.

The customer service at Streatham Foxtons is by far the best service I have received from an estate agency - and I have used quite a few! Tahsin was professional from start to finish, friendly and accommodating and took the time to show me each property, outlining the pros and cons according to what I had told him I wanted. If I ever need to move again, I know where I’ll be going. 5 stars. He is truly an asset to your team!

Great experience from start to end with Adam Stewart, who understood my needs and budget from the first call and arranged four viewings to take place on the same evening. Most importantly, every property ticked every box I asked for and I would have bought them all if I could!! It sounds like a simple request but after four months of searching, to have an agent have such a good understanding of my needs and showing me a variety of properties that matched these was invaluable (and seemingly rare!) He remained in good contact throughout the process after my offer was accepted whilst never hounding me, supported me with my various questions and even helped me remain calm on a rather stressful completion day. Thanks to Adam and the team for helping me buy my very first property! They know their stuff!

Kevin Sowah came around for a valuation of our property and we found him friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us lots of good advice and also instilled confidence in us that he could sell our property when we are ready to move.

Jeya made the whole process incredibly quick and easy. After one phone call she had lined up load of viewings with all our criteria. We instantly fell in love with one and by the following Saturday it was ours - Jeya helped us get the edge over other potential tenants. She walked us through all the paperwork throughout the week, and her friendly personality made the entire experience very pleasurable.

One of your employees has parked their car on the double yellow line, almost blocking me from the back where I couldn't access my car's boot. I mean, come on.

I have been dealing with Sebastian at Foxtons in Streatham over the last few months and he has been fantastic. The sale of my flat has proven to be quite complicated however Sebastian has been dealing with my solicitor and I regularly, positively and professionally. I can't recommend him enough. Five stars.
