Great service! I can't recommend Yiannis highly enough. From day one, he was there consistently, supporting me throughout the entire process of buying my property. His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer questions, and he genuinely cared about helping me secure the home I wanted. Buying a property can be stressful, but Yiannis made the experience much smoother with his professionalism, dedication, and persistence. Thanks to his hard work and guidance. If you're looking for an estate agent who goes above and beyond for their clients, Yiannis is the person to call.

My experience with Foxtons Streatham has been great. As a first time buyer, I didn't know what to expect, but along the way I realised that the morgage process involved several key processes, making the entire journey very stressful. However, things became less stressful when Shardarae started contacting me to find out how things were going. Shardarae has been very professional, kind and very helpful. Her supportive attitude towards me as a client has made this stressful time much easier to handle. Especially, how she has been able to coordinate with my solicitor and the seller and updating me on how things are going. Her involvement in this part of the mortgage process has make this stressful moment much easier to handle. I will definitely recommend Foxtons to friends, colleagues and family.

It was a tough sale because of the financial and other issues facing the buyer, and Kevin and his team did a great job finding out information from her, advising me on my options, keeping an eye on the property when it had to be left vacant because of the buyer's delays, and eventually getting the sale over the line.

Kevin Sowah and Mohamed Mohamed supported me in selling my flat this year. Kevin managed the process for me from our first meeting and valuation to completion. He oversaw the team of agents who were proactive and consistent with arranging viewings over the course of 2 months, which included Mo. Mo was the consummate professional in how he conducted viewings, prompt, diligent and showing the property in the best light. Kevin was responsive whenever queries came up and was knowledgeable and transparent with me about the market conditions during the process. I'm happy I chose Foxtons, Kevin and his team as they delivered a sale for me in a challenging market at a good price within my desired time frame.

A huge thank you to Kevin Sowah for all his help with selling my house in Streatham. From start to finish, he was amazing, always friendly, easy to talk to, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Kevin made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I’m so grateful for his support, and now I’m happily settling into my new home! Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Kevin Sowah has been nothing short of incredible towards me throughout the purchase of my first home. From start to finish he has taken the time to answer any questions and has supported me throughout the whole process. He has been kind and patient, and helped me deal with the solicitors when I felt out of my depth. I truly can’t thank him enough!

I went to view several properties with Shardarae, one of the estate agents. She was very clear and detailed in her descriptions, offering me multiple options to choose from. She also followed up consistently to ensure I found a property that matched my budget and specifications. I would highly recommend Shardarae Kasumu.

Quite a shame.. Dealt with Dominique who was very eloquent and helpful to start with, in helping me and my friend rent a 2 bed flat. Showed me 3 properties, 2 of which were beautiful but just out our rental range. After this text and emailed Dominique to absolutely no response. But the sad part is me and my friend have gone to a different estate agent, and upped our rental price. Much better aftercare with potential clients.
