GoogleMyself and my friends have been stressed, as you can imagine, looking for a house in London. We managed to get Martell St Pierre from the Streatham Hill branch to look after us, he has been nothing but reassuring during this stressful time, polite and very professional. I would highly recommend having Martell and Foxtons as your estate agents.

Friendly & courteous. Did exactly what she said she was going to do. Their processes are slick & tight. Very positive experience. No complaints this end. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleHonest and friendly advise is key to buying your first property. Lucy at Foxtons always took me to see properties that met my criteria and after my offer was accepted she was on hand to help, and talked me through the step by step process which can be daunting as a first time buyer.

He was very professional and helpful and was available whenever I had any queries. The day I took the keys was absolutely hassle free and the flat was very well professionally cleaned.

GoogleI have bought two properties with Foxton now. Quick responses, and out of hours meetings are the things I like. Matthew voller was very patient throughout the process. My friend also found her property through them after one year of trying with other estate agents. They do deliver results.

GoogleIf you want the lowest levels of customer service, wish to be mislead and ignored, then look no further than Foxtons, Streatham. Dinishka’s best effort at communication was via email whilst inebriated - what a wheeze. Joanna’s default setting, absolute apathy. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleFoxtons were the most proactive of the three agents I instructed, they generated the most interest and found good tenants ready to move in within two weeks. You pay a premium for their service but in the end there was no competition.
