GoogleAn excellent and stress-free experience. Dominique Bongo catered to our needs with absolutely no limits on ensuring we found the property we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. GoogleUp and beyond the call of duty Gary and Dinishka have stayed professional throughout what’s been a very difficult drawn out sale . Spare you the details but through no fault of theirs this sale has not been pleasant to administer and has dragged on. But they held it together showing respect where I would have flipped. GoogleGenuinely the mind boggles ! Such a mistake. The paperwork they completed was incorrect, they charged us their management fees upfront (circa £8K) and didn't help us when our Tennant defaulted (sorted now and was a consequence of incorrectly completed paperwork). I have been emailing them since early December and I'm yet to get through to the right person. For any potential landlord please do not use !!!

GoogleWe recently rented a property through Foxtons. The process was stress free and the whole team was very professional from the letting agents to the managers. We dealt mainly with Eddie and Dom, who were great, and were always willing to help us if we had any questions. Would highly recommend using Foxtons.

GoogleRecently sold a property with this branch, the process was smooth from start to end. Dealt mainly with Mo who was professional and friendly and maintained communication throughout the process. Selling a flat is a pretty stressful experience but Mo’s positive attitude and efficiency made it much easier!

He listened to our requirements carefully and suggested new places to visit based on our affordability and requirements. GoogleAmy Wiggins helped us purchase our first house on Fernwood Avenue and couldn't have been more helpful. The house buying process was easy and good fun. We were shown enough properties to give us a flavour of the area without it being arduous. I would happily recommend Foxtons and Amy to anyone looking to rent/buy in Stretham. Keep up the good work!
