GoogleThis review is for Brandon specifically. He was very helpful in securing my new flat in Tulse Hill. Being available for communications at all kinds of hours; and also going above and beyond in staying on in the office when work - or an emergency (like when my removals van cancelled) - meant that I had to arrive later than expected for a viewing and key collection. He continues to be supportive in these early stages of moving in; as such, I would say that he is a credit to the Foxtons Streatham office.

GoogleOur property search was going terribly until we met Brandon at Foxton’s! He was an absolute hero, worked out exactly what we were looking for, suggested properties for us to look at and took us to see them. He was super responsive and reassuring, answered all our questions, and set up video viewings for us when we were unable to view flats in person. After a lot of bad experiences with other estate agents, we can’t rate Brandon highly enough. Thank you!!

GoogleAdam Stewart did a great job in helping me to find my first property. He was understanding of my budget (which was rather small!) and was really helpful throughout the whole process. I'd been looking for a property for some time and the service I received from Foxtons far surpassed that of the other agents I'd dealt with. I really appreciated all the effort, thanks Adam!

GoogleSTEER CLEAR. Appalling service from Foxtons Streatham. They hound you to sign a contract and promise you the earth, convincing you to pay the highest commission on the high street. As soon as you’re signed up they disappear without trace, ignoring your emails. I now have damage to my flat from a leak which I’ve been chasing Foxtons to resolve for over six months. Deeply unprofessional and unscrupulous.

GoogleI didn't end up renting through Foxtons, as I found the right property elsewhere, but I was a little bit sad about this, as Erika was by far the best agent that I had the pleasure of talking to. She's supremely professional and personable and I found myself having a great deal of trust for her - that's what you want in an agent.

GoogleCheeky rapscallions. Plonked a "To Let" sign "accidentally" in the front lawn. When notified they said it was a mistake and that it'd be removed within 48hrs. Somehow feel they'd react less well to my putting a sign in their shop front for 2-days.

GoogleAn absolute disgrace. Turned up to a house we are paying 2600 a month for, that had no professional clean, mouldy food everywhere, infested with flies, anti semitic memorabilia, more broken furniture than useable, mould on the walls, dysfunctional fridge, washing machine and dryer and no access to the over grown garden. We have no working fire alarms and have been ignored for the past month from our daily calls to try and get something done, they’ve taken their comission and left us with a complete disgrace. As two Muslim lads in the house plus a load of Jewish friends we were disgusted to find a piece of cardboard with an distasteful drawing of an SS member with the n*zi logo plastered all over it. How can so little care for discrimination towards the Jewish community be shown in 2023. We have been offered no compensation, communication or clarification on what is to be done about the issues, leaving us to deal with them on our own. I would recommend renting a house from the man sleeping outside streatham station before going to foxtons streatham.
