GoogleThank you so much to Gary Cooper who has helped us throughout our first ever house purchase. It has gone so smoothly without any issues. He listened to what we were looking for in our first home and because of that we have found the perfect place. Would definitely recommend! Also thank you to Dinishka Jayasena and Simon Darvill too.

GoogleTold them 3 times that their sign has been laying in the floor for a month and they keep telling me someone will come to pick it up. (I don’t even know where the sign came from). Please can someone come and pick it up

GoogleWe have just purchased a house through Foxtons Streatham and there service was brilliant throughout the whole process. Gary was always on hand to help with anything we needed and maintained constant communication with us throughout the purchase. Everything went smoothly and was stress free which was thanks to the team at Foxtons. We would highly recommend using them.

GoogleAwful experience, avoid renting through them. We got scammed and forced to pay over 2k even though someone else from the same agency said before we don't have to. Worst experience was when I had to deal with Stephanie Milton, clueless, zero customer service and an awful person.

GoogleGary was extremely informative, pleasant and attentive. He made every effort to accommodate our needs when viewing properties, and used our requirements to show us some great flats. Despite not purchasing a property through Gary at Foxtons, we would highly recommend him and definitely request his help if we ever needed assistance in the future.

GoogleWe were shown a selection of flats by Jeya, from the Streatham office. Jeya was very courteous and friendly, and had prepared viewings at places that suited our needs. We've just secured one of the flats she showed us, and she's been prompt and efficient in getting that sorted out for us. Definitely recommended!

GoogleRented from foxtons in streatham for 2 years contract as per their request, just the 2nd month, the mice starts to play around, it's a nice clean building & neighborhood in a close managed by a company that is really fantastic, but once I start to complain to foxton, the start sending pest control company that they are on contract with them, several disturbing visits & nothing conventional works, the mice became everyday nightmare for me & my kids including a 5 years old boy, the pest control guy was nice and decided to go deeper in diagnosing the cause, with his endoscope, he found the inlet area backside of the kitchen fitting all around the floor which is structural as he posted in his report back to foxton, he recommended to close it, however, it requires to remove the very old and fragile kitchen fitting which will not be able to be refitted again, foxtons cut this part of his report when they communicate with us and claimed the visit sorted out the issue of the mice, more mice kept showing up around the house from the kitchen which we provided videos to foxton, they sent another person from different 3rd party company who confirm & provide them with similar report & suggestions, after that foxton avoided replying to our several requests to sort out this permanently,ignored our emails to discuss or even to meet with anyone from them!! The only thing the follow up on time is the monthly payment!! If you want to rent, I advise to avoid Foxton

GoogleHaving had bad experiences of Foxtons as a rental tenant, working with them to buy our first home was a totally different story. Lucy was excellent, sussed out what we wanted fairly quickly and ultimately found us the flat we now live in, right in the area we wanted. Thanks very much!

GoogleI had a really fantastic experience with Foxtons - and particularly my first interactions with George, who changed my views about Foxtons (which to be honest, had been quite negative before then, largely based on preconceptions) and Bruna (who handled my case). If you want to sell a flat, they really know what they are doing, and go above and beyond to achieve what it is that you want. I decided not to sell in the end, and they were also understanding about that. Thanks so much for all your help.
